Steve was brilliant. His response time was great and communication brilliant. He helped me sort out some stuff on my laptop and was very professional and knowledgable.

Steve couldn’t have been more helpful or patient with my old ladyness! He efficiently sorted my I pad and I phone and retrieved all my data. He is totally professional and trustworthy and I’m so pleased there is someone like Steve who I can turn to with any future I.T. Problems

Unfortunately my mobile data was unable to be retrieved as it had been encrypted or corrupted and needs a deeper fix which they don't do.
They were so professional and as I haven't a clue when it comes to tec they explained it all to me so that I understood. I would definitely use then again and refer all my friends.

Just had my computer fixed by stevie at Dead or Alive technology first class to deal with told him the problem and it was fixed in 30 minutes and couldn't complain about price will certainly use him again

When my son flooded his Nintendo 3DS with water in his backpack 6 months ago, I thought at the time that it would never work again and that it was beyond repair, and I tried to dry it myself by breaking the joystick while taking it apart, so I wanted to throw the whole console in the trash and buy my child something new to play on for Christmas. That's when I heard about Dead or Live Technology and imagine that this guy fixed it and everything works perfectly to this day, and my son is over the moon that he managed to save his console. The guy is reliable and honest, and he really didn't charge much for the repair.

Couldn't be happier with the company. Steve was really helpful when my sons ps5 controller was drifting. I thought I'm going to have to buy a new one but he got it quickly fixed and for reasonable price. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

Steve has a pleasant manner and used simple terms while explaining the problem with my computer. He returned my iMac within a short time . I was happy with his fees and would recommend him to friends.

I cant recommend Steve enough - professional, patient and quick to respond........and goes above and beyond with little things that just make your life easier ("ive just put a link to that on your desktop" etc)

The Technician, Steve, was both polite and efficient. After he returned my PC I had a further problem and he went out of his way to come to my house at 8.30 in the morning to put things right. If I ever have anything else needing done he'll be the first person I call.

the engineer who came to our hose was very pleasant and understanding and sorted out our problems very proficiently.

I recently dropped my laptop and damaged the monitor. After contacting Dead or Alive, Steve Boylan got back to me right away and gave me a diagnosis of how it could be repaired and an estimate of cost. He then followed this up with a visit to my home and confirmed his initial diagnosis. He ordered a new part, fitted it, and returned it to me. Very pleased with the service I received and would recommend Steve.
