Not a bad online shopping experience

In Vancouver and ordered a pair of
New Balance (Salehe Bembury M1000) online. They had only one size 8 left, it was basically a clearance item, and it was located in the brick and mortar Toronto store.

After all the negative reviews about them and shopping with them online, I felt I was taking a pretty big risk ordering from them, especially across country.

However; I was pleasantly surprised that the experience was like any other online retailer would be. I received an immediate confirmation of my order, and within two days I received a tracking number and my order was shipped out. I received my order within a week via FedEx with signature, and both the size and shoe itself were correct and as described / shown on the website. Nothing out of the ordinary for ordering products online.

I certainly don’t doubt the validity of all the negative experiences on here, but I had a very good experience. I guess you take your chances ordering from them.

I placed an order on December 17, 2025

I placed an order. The next day I received a cancellation notice. Their response suggested I replace the order. Once again it was cancelled the following day.
I followed up with a phone call… a 60 minute wait time was the message.
Heavy forbid you have a legitimate problem and need to return the item. This is truly a Deadstock company!
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

ordered online, everything went through no problem. until it was cancelled saying the issue is "inventory".
i was told the error was a glitch because of traffic. i dont know about that because it took like almost 24 hrs. before my order was cancelled. it just seemed really weird. i was told this company is known for backdoor selling . at first i didnt wanna believe it thats why i took a chance. but this happened. i guess it might be true.
congrats livestock. your reputation precedes you. i guess thats why your a 2 star .

will definitely NOT recommend buying from this company!!

Horrible customer service

Return and exchange process is long and difficult. Returned a pair of shoes and was denied a refund because the shipper placed a piece of tape on the box. Also have made purchases that weren’t shipped because the item was oversold. Officially done with livestock

The shoes I purchased were defective and “popped” when walking less than 30 days from purchase. Went into the store and they told me to contact customer service and customer service said you’re SOL

ITS LOOK LIKE SCAM

Sorry to say but im very dissapointed, i been a long time customer of this site but now for some reason for me irs look like scam...i got order and confirmed from them but suddenly after 2 days i got email received that my order was redunded, because it say my size was soldout. I know that the one i order are some kind a hype but i dont know the reason why suddenly they will say soldout its so confiousing.....GOOD LUCK to your Company many people will see this negative review.

Service is bad

Several times ordejng home and fragrances the packing looks as if it was rhe store sample
The customer servide wy rh Romeo and a store is non and existent may B its because I'm “old” I'm 50 but at least say hello
Ask if I need any assistance as trust me I will shop and spend but do your job just don't sit there taking to your co worker or friends who visit or state at your phone.

First Livestock Order (First time ordering shoes online)

Having been a company that I’ve never heard of before I was hesitant at first to give this place a try. However after MY OWN experience, I was surprised at all the bad reviews on this site. Though I cannot disprove any of those reviews, purely speaking on my experience though, I can say it was very good. The shoes I wanted were sold out everywhere and it was my gf acc who showed this place to me having my size available (size9) lol. The price was reasonable, around retail price including tax, and after placing my order I received the shoe in 4 days! If I was to nitpick, the packing of the shoes could’ve been better but the shoes were still in really good condition and they came pretty quickly so I didn’t really care either way. I really had no experience with their customer service so I cant speak on that as of yet but I am really pleased with their service thus far

ONLINE ORDERS BEWARE.

ORDER BEWARE.

I have been shopping at Livestock (both instore at the Roncesvalles location and the Spadina location both in the GTA, as well as their online boutique) for the past 8 years or so, and I am beyond frustrated ordering off their online shop. Nearly 60% of all my purchases have been refunded due to the items being “oversold, and or physically unavailable at this time”. That is more than half of all my orders being cancelled, and refunded; sometimes without an explanation. I have reached out to their customer service department on numerous occasions, and although they are polite, and promptly do reply to me, they still do not give me any advice on how to avoid this unfortunate situation in the future. Livestock is a fantastic boutique with unique and limited sneakers, clothes and accessories, but I would advise any potential or returning customer to steer clear of purchasing anything through their online shop.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! Do not deal with this company as they are straight up scab artist. I tried to return a cheap, not legit pair of Nike shoes and they wouldn’t except my return because there’s tape on the box. Stay FAR away!

I bought a product online and they sent me something I didn't order.
Turns out they don't even sell what I ordered.
The customer service is impossible to contact and dealing with in store reps is equally futile.
AVOID THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEANS!!

They use old name but now scam

I used this website a long time ago and they were once a real store but they are now scamming people using their old reputation. you will either get nothing from your order or 1 or 2 items out of 5 and be out $100s if not more. over time its gotten worse and worse, online is becoming impossible to buy from because of companies like this. REMEMBER< USE YOUR HEAD! READ REVIEWS! good reviews can be bought easily but bad ones are earned. if i had seen how bad their recent reputation was i would have not placed my order but now im out money and pissed off so i will now warn others. they would have made more money being a legit company but since they want to be betas and fraudsters, ill watch them burn. you lost a customer whos spent in the THOUSANDS years ago all because you wanted to scam some small amount now. and i would have started spending a lot on your site again but thank god you showed your true colors. i bet youre not even a canadian company, but a cheap chinese imitation.

Placed an order on Feb 12th

Placed an order on Feb 12th. Sent a dozen emails, no customer service response. Still haven’t received my order. Still haven’t gotten a refund. Stay away from this scam site. It’s now April 05th and I’m still out 115$. Get lots of emails about a new store opening but they can’t email me a response or refund. Seriously go anywhere else

I ordered a pair of shoes and then never heard from livestock again.

I ordered a pair of shoes march 3 2023 from their website and paid for express delivery. I received 1 email from them informing me of my purchase, and that I would receive another email from them with shipping info when it was shipped. 2 weeks went by and no word of the shoes being shipped. March 13 2023 I tried contacting them via their webpages live chat, but would be put in a cue of 18 or 19 ahead of me, and after 30 minutes would be bumped and have to re-enter the cue. Emailing their customer service department informed you it could be up to 15 days to receive a reply. Thursday march 16 2023 I received a door tag from the delivery company with final attempt ( that will be a different review.) I was able to contact the delivery company before the shoes were shipped back, (and re-shipping them would be at my expense,) that is if I ever heard from livestock. I was able to negotiate with the delivery company to hold it at their pick up location a few extra days due to no communication from livestock and some how only receiving the final notice door tag. As of march 27 2023 my order in my livestock account still shows as paid yet unfulfilled. And the only email sent to myself was the initial confirmation of purchase. A little effort on their part to reply to my inquiries about delivery would have been professional and done a lot to remove the bad taste left after this poor customer service and rebuild the trust to want to make purchases from them in the future.

(The shoes are in my possession. They are what I expect from a collaboration with adidas. I am happy with the shoes, but the stress and hassle of delivery and getting my questions answered puts a tarnish on the happiness.)

Non-existent customer service after…

Non-existent customer service after purchase. Can't return in store without getting approval online first, and when I enter the email and order number I get a bounce back saying the order can't be located. Multiple email requests seeking assistance and still nothing. It's been well over one month now and I have yet to receive a reply.

Company is a fraud

I placed a shoe order with this company on March 6 and their order confirmation email said "We are experiencing issues with order tracking at the moment and you may not receive an order tracking link. Rest assured, your order is still on the way." I contacted the customer service email on March 12 to request an update and their automated response said "We are experiencing a very high volume of tickets. Please allow us 8-15 days to get back to you." Now I am 21 days after my order and still no delivery. Also, 15 days since my email and no response. This company feels like a complete fraud. I would stay far, far away from them. I will be issuing a fraud complaint to my credit card company and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I encourage customers to take them to small claims court as they likely won't show up there either and you will win a summary judgement. Let's send them to bankruptcy.

Just Stay Away...

STAY AWAY! I regret deeply not checking Trustpilot reviews for Livestock before I ordered something. Terrible customer service, they are not sending your order even after two whole weeks. It is almost impossible to reach them.

Unfortunately, this was my first time ordering from Livestock, NEVER AGAIN.
