Big delay in the delivery of my order

Both in my recent experience and before that , there is a big variation to the delivery times (from 7-8 days up to more than a month from Denmark to Greece). Usually when I place an order and I contact the customer service about an issue , I get some feedback the next day that my email has been received and one day afterwards another one with more specific info. This time , this whole procedure with customer service took a few days more (perhaps due to summer vacations?).

So happy with my dress!! It's exactly as pictured on the site. Love, love, love the fabric and the colors. I think I want another one ... it's very comfortable, and I'm wearing it with purple sneakers for casual, and heels for a more formal look.
