I’ve been following Alex for the past 6–8 months while working on getting my product to market. Coming from a background at HubSpot, I’m no stranger to the online software world. Today, I attended the welcome training with Terry — and honestly, I had no idea what I was walking into. The backend of this platform is on another level. I’m still wrapping my head around all the features, but I can clearly see the big picture — and it’s exciting. This tool is evolving at a pace I’ve never seen before. It’s already positioned to replace multiple point solutions, but beyond that, it creates product content and marketing materials light-years faster than anything I’ve used.

Over the last few days, I started testing it myself. Just for fun, I took content from my Shopify website — which took me over a month to build — and recreated it using this software. It generated a full version in under 5 minutes. My jaw literally dropped.

Cant cancel subscription, they are charging 3 times a month and I didnt agree to this.

These app are the newest technology. The best I could find online! I used them to create content on several websites and my results were amazing with increases in traffic to businesses by 70%. They work on getting optimized content with SEO and AEO for your websites, shopify, emails and social media. I even use this apps to create full websites and I created apps too! It was so easy!

This platform is beyond belief. The ability to create Scroll stopping ads and marketing images and videos is mind boggling. There are stacks of others Apps and they are all amazing. YOIU MUST BE BRAIN DEAD NOT TO TAKE ON THIS PLATFORM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They fish you in with a $27.00 USD payment which works out to $37 dollars' CDN and then everything costs extra even " Premium " support is like 99 dollars, I feel dumb, I wonder if any of the people giving testimonials are even real , for instance Steve Wozniak, Dennis Leary, and other famous names and faces.

What they advertise is the app builder you have to pay more money for, but they don't tell you that upfront and any and everything thing else cost more money!

Heed this warning if you don't have a lot of money to spend avoid this, it's a trap, a virtual money pit!

Something else odd there is no customer number only a an api number, " premium support " cost 89 dollars, under your profile there's no identifying numbers only a form for filling out information about your company or yourself..the company seems to have convoluted identities

The support and platform are amazing! There are a ton of support calls and tutorial videos inside the platform. You could spend hours on the training videos if you choose, but so much of it stands alone!

I'm hugely disappointed. I found it and run a Donkey refuge in Morocco and was looking at AI options. I began to explore this one before I knew what it happened, I signed up and my money was taken. I tried to cancel it immediately, but they have still taken the years subscriptions that I cannot afford.

I now have to correct what I had said already because the company has refunded my money and very politely so thank you very much. I was mistaken.

Customer service appears poor or non-existent. I asked Deal.Ai to contact me about their payments I received NO RESPONSE. Need to invoice customers not just take endless amounts of money. They cancelled my account then still took MORE money out. What are all the payments for? Send invoices please

I ordered their product (including a couple others add on offers) however I haven’t received any emails from them with details of how to access the product purchased. There has been zero follow up from them for the past month (I made the purchase on April 7) until now. Apparently there appears to be a subscription active. I don’t know the details of said subscription because they didn’t send anything. I can’t log in or explore what I paid for, yet they are billing me $47. I looked them up and emailed customer service to request a full refund and to cancel whatever subscription is active as I paid for something I didn’t get so I’m not interested any longer if I can’t access or get credentials to do so.
No response after a week, however they have just tried to bill me again.
This is disreputable conduct especially as they are being non-responsive and feels like a scam (constant billing, zero customer service or response leads one to think that if this is how they make their money then that doesn’t say much about the product they are selling if they can’t be bothered to send details to access and use it and refuse to respond to its customers). Shame on them.

UPDATE: May 22 2025:
They finally reached out to me on May 12th (after another billing attempt on May 11) and cancelled the subscription. I asked them to refund the original amounts as I had not received a receipt of the purchase or details of how to access the platform. They refunded all three amounts on May 20 and followed up with an apology. I am satisfied with the final resolution.

I see so many companies and Gurus flaunting programs that infer to viewers that if they simply join that all their life problems will go away with the swipe of a magic keyboard. That simply isn't how life works. Deal.ai is straightforward about what they offer, the tools are A grade and well explained well no matter where you are starting from. Having a visionairy like Alex, is amazing, Terry is a fantastic host and genuiney cares about the brand you want to build and ensures you get the guidance needed to take your brand to the next level. Darsh has been a true game changer for me He is thoughtful, meticulous, and amazing with customers. Having been in the DX spece for 20 years, I've seen a lot of tools come andgo. Deal.ai is not only here to stay, we are all here to rewrite the way selling and marketing products is done. If you haven't used deal.ai, all I can say is watch what happens every week and if your not sold om this being your platform for greatness after a couple weeks. you are doing something wrong!
