HONOR YOUR WORD
DISHONEST AND NO SENSE OF WHAT’S GOOD FOR CUSTOMERS (OR THEIR OWN BUSINESS).
The short of it is this: dealbeds.com does not honor its own word, has a horrendous return/refund policy, and has no sense of the value of customers and time.
This is the second complaint for the same ongoing issue. It was previously deleted at their request given an ultimatum for a refund amount. But my anger and principles compel me to post another complaint.
They told me (multiple times) if I deleted my review, I would pay $99 for shipping. I eventually conceded, only to be told the amount I pay is $149. First, you give a misguided promise, then you don't honor that promise. Is all of this worth $50 and damaging your own credibility? I will remove this once you honor your promise.

Great customer service and products
Great customer service and products, I ordered an adjustable bed and mattress, which blew away my expectations and was much better than I thought it would be. The order arrived much faster than I thought it would and the customer service is phenomenal with any questions I had. I will only purchase my mattress needs from Dealbeds and recommend everyone else to do so as well. If you want a great deal and amazing service.

Product I ordered was uncomfortable
Product I ordered was uncomfortable, had wood shavings on it, and the fabric was irritating to touch. Dealbeds would return but I had to pay shipping back for the item which was over half the cost. They wouldn’t even pay a portion of the shipping back for the terrible product they sent, it was just terrible
