Amazing Customer Services

I had ordered something in the afternoon and it literally came the next morning so the delivery time was excellent. Unfortunately I had received the wrong item so I got in contact with customer services who were absolutely amazing and sent out the correct item which I received the following day.

Great price, prompt delivery.

I was a bit worried about the negative feedback here, which I read after I placed an order with DealBerry.

However, my item was a really good price, it arrived extremely promptly (free p+p) and in good condition. So, I am happy with this company.

Very poor experience

Very poor experience. Paid more for their product to get it next day. No sign of it and they just blame everyone else. No refund, no item. Avoid.

Unfortunately, after promptly shipping your order, we have faced issues with multiple carriers shipping the item you have ordered, this was due to the size of the product, as well as the special handling instructions, which cause this to be returned to us by the carrier’s multiple times.
