Claim to refund any deposit fees immediately if you contact support but when I asked they said email them. I emailed and they wanted me to go through every single transaction including all bets so literally thousands to find my deposits and then I had to send froof of each deposit and tell them how much the fees was. I asked for them to supply me the deposit information as I had £19k of game play at between 20p and £5 to go through. They refused to help. Avoid them at all cost

Hidden T and Cs. They ended up taking more of my winnings than I was able to process then cut off my customer chat with them whilst I was still typing. Verification too slow as well.

Absolutely shocking website.. all the games are copies of original games on legit websites. Clearly this is ran by a backroom person trying to make money of other people. Had 6 bonus games on 70p stake on big bass. Each bonus was a zero win. Would definitely avoid. Have passed this company’s information on to gambling commission. Completely shocking of a website. Deposited over £100 and the most I won was 35p on 70p stake… needs investigating and closing down.

took 4 days to be verified, and if a document is rejected, no contact from the website, you have to check for yourself that it was rejected and enquiry why (and get a response 1 day later)
My withdrawal was eventually processed after 3 weeks pending, which is just not good enough, it definitely felt like they were delaying it with the hope that i would cancel my request
Update: Stay well clear, I had a second amount to withdrawal, and my account got closed, withdrawal cancelled, and no contact from DealBet. I had to make contact myself and got this response
