Faultless organisation.
I made my order on line and followed up with a phone call. The chap I spoke to was polite courteous and very professional. He dealt with everything very efficiently and my item arrived the next day as promised. I had reason to call again with a minor fault and it was dealt with and rectified immediately. I have nothing but praise for this company based on my dealings with them.

I bought my TV from dealbuyer
I bought my TV from dealbuyer, and they sent it as it should but it was the delivery company DPD that made a right hash of delivering it, pretending they tried to deliver it when they clearly couldn't be bothered so I spoke to dealbuyer and they re sent the TV by royal mail and delivered even quicker than expected, top marks for dealbuyer as they listened to what happened and were very helpful and resolved it no worries, but as for DPD 🙄

1st class treatment all the way from Dealbuyer.
Ordering from dealbuyer was quick and easy and the tv recorder just what we wanted with speedy delivery. I feel the company were badly let down by their first choice delivery agent but went out of their way to get next day delivery by Royal Mail.
