is a scam, plain & simple. Impersonates reputable companies. Do your research and do not fall for unreasonably low prices.

I ordered a garden plantar in March and still waiting for delivery of this. I emailed a month ago to ask where was my order but nothing. They took my £20 quick enough. This company are obviously scammers and should be taken down.

Terrible company do NOT order anything from these con artists!!!
Ordered a stroller and was sent what can only be described as a cloth... Contacted support but no response. I have found the owners full home address and will be attending his property myself if the situation is not rectified in the 24 hours. If the situation is not rectified I will post his home address for all to see 😁

This company are scams I ordered a stroller of £49 and a 39pence napkin was sent to me I tried calling them and sent various messages to them but they refused to reply

Thank you paypal for finding in my favour of this drreadful company. I returned the damaged goods at my own expense and still Dealdelight would not refund my money. Thanks again to paypal for returning my money. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered 2 aluminium garden chairs to match ones I already had, they arrived a week later and are exactly what I ordered, delivery was a bit slow but I got my items, will definitely buy from dealdelight again!

Don't touch this company. It's a scam. Goods ordered, funds taken and no delivery. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY

I have to be totally honest after placing my order I was quite concerned after reading some reviews on here.
I did contact them and they were really helpful.
The first item was received within a few days - the second item was delayed but that was due to Hermes - not DealDelight - I wish companies would use a different delivery company.

As usual I placed my order then checked reviews, so was expecting problems. However item was despatched next day and delivered within 5 working days as promised. Price was 25% cheaper than anywhere else. Only issue was couldn’t get tracking number to work - hence 4 stars

Absolutely a joke of a company definitely needs to be shut down as like everyone else ordered goods never turned up ring there lovely mobile contact number nothing emails i swear they dont look at them cause they dont have a computer too look at them with.
IGNORE THIS COMPANY.
Like others have said now dealing with the credit card company .
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY COMPLETE AND UTTER WASTE OF TIME .

Should have read the reviews first. Ordered item 10 days ago and heard nothing from them. Took the money straight away. Tried calling and emailing but no reply to either form of contact. Would advise anyone to avoid this company. Now putting the matter in the hands of my credit card company.

Absolutely rubbish took forever to arrive and to top it off not what I ordered

Great place to deal with. Always nice and professional staff, very helpful with huge knowledge of products. Despite these hard times during lockdown, they do all the best they can to deliver the best possible service. For sure I'll be coming back in the future for some more shopping.

I should have reviewed this company before placing an order. 10 days after placing my order no item arrived. As the previous reviewer said, no response to emails and no one answers the phone. Scam for sure, this company needs to be shut down.

As I suspected they probably just taking my money without sending my order it was advertised too cheap to be true should have researched the reviews before... It's been 2 weeks nothing received and their contact mobile number is never available to call DO NOT USE THIS SITE will try to report it as scam

Order not delivered so requested a refund. Refund promised several times but never paid. Do NOT trust this company it's a scam.

Received damaged garden chairs - initial mailed request for replacement or refund ignored. Phone never answered. After several further mail attempts was finally offered a £4 credit towards a further purchase - laughable customer service.
Steer clear!

An appalling site. I cancelled my order as placing it began to look like I was being given the runaround.
