Great experience, excellent communication, reminders sent, turned up to all appointments on time and blinds fitted quickly. Fitter Dan did a great job.

Recommended by my brother, we decided to visit there factory shop where all the staff were so pleasant and helpful, not pushy like some other places. We decided on four Venetian blinds at a very reasonable price. A guy named Eddy came out to measure up and said they would be ready within three weeks, however within an hour or so we received a call saying they would be ready within a fortnight. A guy named Dan arrived yesterday, (3/11/25) and done a very professional job. All round the best company I have ever dealt with from start to finish. Highly recommended them.

Excellent friendly fitters. Blinds installed without fuss and everything left clean and tidy.

From measuring to fitting it was a very straightforward experience.
Pete ( I hope this is his name) was prompt and explained the process, options etc were explained efficiently. He mentioned a couple of things I need to consider that other companies had missed!

The price given was very competitive.

When the blinds were ready for fitting Phil did the job. He was also very prompt and efficient. The blinds were fitted beautifully.
I’d definitely use this company again.

If I could give 10 stars If I would I have ordered blinds a number of times before so always come back and order more for friends and family the girls who take your order are amazing what they do from start to finish they said would take a week sure enough there were ready a week later

From ordering to fitting, everything was great.I would definitely recommend them.

After doing some research on which company to buy and fit blinds and roller blinds I chose deal direct.From the start I found them very approachable and knowledgeable, after home visit for measuring and choosing blinds and roller blinds took about 2 week's Paul who installed 6 blinds and 6 roller blinds was friendly and courteous and was quick and tidy whilst fitting them.Really impressed with the installation and quality of the product especially the wooden blinds.
Highly recommend this company.
