I have had a garden Pergola fitted and I am so happy with it. All of the staff at the showroom are so helpful and knowledgeable. Paul, Phil, Rob and Jason the fitters were excellent, they arrived early and worked non stop, they did an excellent job fitting it, cleared up leaving no mess and did a brilliant job. There was a minor issue with fixing a date for a visit to finish it off but this was rectified and now it’s all done it’s brilliant.

Excellent service from the first communication through to the blinds being fitted on 13 January 2025.
Paul & Jason did an excellent job with great attention to detail to ensure the blinds were prefect. They were very tidy in their work, Jason phoned beforehand with an estimated arrival time. Everything was explained about the use of the blinds, paperwork completed and the balance of payment was made in cash. Even received a friends & family discount voucher.
Great company, would definitely recommend & will be using them again.

Everything from entering the showroom to the final fit by Dan was first rate will definitely use again and would recommend love the bifold blinds and the electric blinds we had fitted

Outstanding products and customer service
Deal direct blinds supplied and fitted their vision blinds to our home, as we live in a barn conversion having a product which was sympathetic to our home was important. From our first interaction with the showroom staff we could be nothing but impressed, polite, friendly and accommodating. Blinds were manufactured, and fitted within the agreed time frames and the fitting team were excellent
After a year unfortunately one of the blinds was damaged after we dropped it whilst decorating, our fault and no reflection on the quality of the product. Deal direct repaired the blind and refused to accept payment for the repair, this far exceeds the level of customer service we could have reasonably expected. Deal direct blinds are highly recommended for their products and customer service

After care service is first class.
No robots just a person who fully understands and was unbelievable helpful.
Only had a very minor issue a few weeks after blinds were fitted, but they couldn't do enough to help. They came out the same week, when convenient to us & sorted the issue. So helpful. Fully rate them for product, service & aftercare.

This is my 3rd time shopping with Deal Direct blinds.
I don’t shop around any more. The response when you ring up to ask for someone to measure is quick and very helpful. Peter who comes to measure gives brilliant advice and Dan who comes to fit, knows exactly what’s needed. He is thorough and gets everything right first time. But it doesn’t stop there - their customer service and aftercare sales is brilliant.
The past customer is not forgotten - you get well taken care all the time you’re a customer.

All went smoothly from measuring service to fitting & a fair price.
Paul the fitter was on time, did a great job & was neat & tidy.

Totally recommend Deal Direct Blinds. Great communication, workmanship and service.

Lovely experience. Our quote, which we had two from Peter, who was full of really helpful advice, no hard sell, and actually advised we take some further time before we confirmed based on our needs.
Price was great and had a few quotes from local and national firms.
Admin staff were friendly and kept me informed when their manufacturer was going to be late and fitters came today and were quick, tidy and professional.

Roller blinds in conservatory costing £1200 approx
Overall disappointed in product fitting and response from company.
I queried significant gaps in the blinds throughout (not just corners)
Previously had good experience but now I feel let down by a company I trusted in.
I appreciate fitters have returned twice however they have been unable to rectify issue due to space between brackets and unfortunately had I known this I would not have gone with these although was recommended these by estimator
I will not be a returning customer
I would advise anyone to check small print regarding gaps as this has been mentioned on several occasions during my correspondence with the company

A new blind was ordered and made up very quickly. All staff are great - Dan was excellent- he fitted the blind and helped with a small adjustment on one of our other blinds supplied by Deal Direct. Big shout out for Jackie who is behind the scenes but is an essential member of the team !

Everything was so fast from measuring and ordering to fitting a couple of weeks later with great communication throughout. We had the blinds fitted today at my dad's house and Paul and Jason were efficient, friendly, professional and very tidy and considerate. The blinds and windows look great just in time for Xmas. Thank you! Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

Just some feedback to say thank you to all the staff at Deal Direct. They have been extremely helpful throughout, both face to face and over the phone. Special mention to Dan and Jason who installed our blinds.

Had our shutters fitted today by Paul and Jason and it was seemless! Lovely lads, had great crack and did an amazing job. Also the shutters arrived early which was a bonus!

I received a fantastic service from start to finish really good customer service the fitter Dan was very prompt and polite would definitely use this company again
