I found the shoes that i wanted and pressed buy, only to be directed to another site that didn't sell them.
I often visit this site looking for specific items or maybe sieve through bargains but on my last visit, a message appeared stating, " looks like your access has been limited" yet access is completely blocked. You're prompted to submit your email address, with a promise they'll get back to you 'asap' but 5 days later, nobody reached out and still unable to access the site.
There may be a technical issue, it doesn't make sense otherwise.
Item not received within estimated delivery, no correspondence about delays, not replying to online form or email. Item still not received. Very poor.
