Never received the gloves and cannot contact anybody at the company

I ordered the magnetic windshield cover on Nov 29 & here it is Dec 24 & it isn’t here. Like others, I sent e-mails. My money was taken out immediately. Never EVER do business with this company. It is a fraud!

I contacted them via email, never heard back! The gloves, I found out came from Korea, supposedly they shipped to NEW JERSEY!

I had the same experience everyone else seemed to have until yesterday when the gloves finally arrived. They are here now but they are too big so I doubt I'll be able to exchange them for a smaller pair considering the company's website is no longer operational and I have not heard back from them after emailing twice. The gloves themselves are as advertised. It just sucks that they are too large for my hands even though I measured and this is the size that should have hit me.

I ordered my grandson the gloves the beginning if November for Christmas. Emails no longer work, no phone and tracking does not show anything. It is like they fell off the face of the earth. I am really upset. There are quite a few people that have been scammed out of their money. Something should be done. Just don't know what if they are no longer in business.

I placed an order in Nov. and I have not received my product. The website is no longer working. Did they go out of business?

Please, please ... do not waste your time, money or expectations. Thanks to an ad on Facebook I ordered and paid for (through Paypal) a shower head in November. I too received a confirmation email message, I also received a message that the product shipped. I have received nothing. The site is down. I wish someone told me what I’m telling you ... This is a complete scam. I would give it less than a star if I could.

I order something for my husband on Nov 5 and was charged on my credit card but no product, No one is returning my calls and the website is not working anymore. Does anyone have the address for this company as I am lodging a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered the gloves, paid my $35.00 (unfortunately realized the company was based in China) and never received my gloves. Just a fake email saying they were shipped. It's been almost a month. Their site is FAKE, not up. There is NO tracking, it's fake. This entire company is a SCAM. I cannot believe that Instagram is allowed to put this up and not vet companies like this that are out of the country! I was waiting for these gloves. After reading the reviews - I now know that these Chinese thieves are just after our money. Stupid us. And the FAKE reviews on Instagram! Shame!

This company is a scam and a cheat - they seem able to be in business, take money and not deliver goods and nothing is done to stop them. Surely we the public have some rights. I ordered and paid and nothing arrived.

Scam company from China posing like they’re based in Quebec. Ordered products and they didn’t even attempt to make it like anything I ordered.

Terrible company, site is down, cant track your order and very mis-leading with their product descriptions. They ship from China and it takes at least 5 weeks to get your product. Once I received my camera for my car there was no sd card so the camera will not record. Now I have to buy an sd card on top of everything else. It should have said NO SD card included. Then I found the same camera on ebay for $10.00 and highlighted in red it said SD card not included.

SCAM...ordered 11/20, charged my card right away for $32.22, got shipping info two days later, no product as of 12/15. Website always down, no response from customer support. Will never order another thing off of Instagram.

Do NOT buy the Thermala Premium Thermal Windproof gloves! They are poor quality, they leave the wrist exposed and they are a poor, saggy fit. Furthermore, they do not work with a touch screen. If you want your money back you have to return to China at your expense. Scam!!

Complete fraud. No communication. Chinese tracking number that doesn't work. Ordered three weeks ago, got the email saying it was shipped. Nothing. Website disappeared. No response to emails. Fifty dollars down the drain to these crooks and now I have to scramble for a replacement Christmas present.

This company took my 35 dollars and never delivered the product I ordered. The phone number and support email are fake. I feel stupid. May need to get police involved to get back money they stole.I also think Facebook should not allow fraudulent companies to advertise on their site.

I ordered 3 pairs of gloves on November 21 and here it is December 12. It's been 21 days since my order and NO GLOVES. I checked on Paypal, and the order does not include any contact information. I opened a complaint file with Paypal. After all, Paypal must have contact information for dealiciously.com when the vendor opened an account with Paypal. Maybe I will get my money back from Paypal. I googled dealiciously and only saw negative comments. In the future, I will buy name brands from known sellers in order to avoid these problems. So annoying.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!
I ordered a shower head for USD37.61 a while back.
I went to check on my order this morning and got a 404 error message - 'This shop is unavailable'. This would indicate to me that they have gone out of business with our money in their pockets.
I did email them and immediately got an automated response, so we'll see if the product turns up AND I get a human response to my email.
Meanwhile, be VERY wary about ordering from them. They still come up in Google search.
