Gave 1 star because site does not allow less. Do not provide ordered goods and promise refunds that never happen.
Very friendly when order placed but do not respond when goods not delivered or refund requested.
I will never recommend them to anyone.

Not a fake company - but their service is rubbish.
Their website indicates their office is in Australia. so I purchased two of their
OBDII Car GPS Trackers. On delivery they were GSM only devices. GSM has been discontinued in Australia, making these units not fit for use here.
Support were freindly before purchase, but as soon as they realise I wanted either refund, or credit on these for another model that supports 3G or 4G, then they ignored my chat and emails. I used a VPN to hide my IP, then they responded to my chat again. They promised to respond to my emails that day - two months later they still haven't.
Anyhow, disputed the transaction thru my bank and got a refund.
I'm wanting to return the items to them, but they still won't even reply.

100% FAKE! Avoid these scam artists at all costs!
The only reason that I am giving 1-star is because 0-star is not an option. They don't even deserve a one-star.
First of all, this scammers act like a legit Australian company providing electronic products to Australia whereas they don't have a store or a warehouse because they are fake. They just try to re-order your product from Chinese websites and they don't care about what happens to your order.
I made two purchases on 14 December. I was a bit suspicious about them already but customer serviced gave me many promises to make me buy from them. So I bought two items. I asked them two questions:
1) Do you have these items in-stock?
2) Can you definitely deliver this before Christmas?
They lied to my face on that day. These scam artists are so professional that they even acted as if they are in the warehouse and they just sent someone to check if they have the item right now. Then they said "oh yes, we just checked the item, yes we definitely have them in-stock and your products are guaranteed to be delivered to you in 2 weeks max". They also promised me that they will provide me with a tracking number within 2-3 hours after my purchase. These all seemed legit so I fell for their trap. Of course they were telling lies. After I bought two items, first they never gave me a tracking number. Then one-week later on 21 December, they sent me an email saying that one of the items that I ordered is not produced any more. Are you kidding me?! Haven't you told me that you just checked the product and confirmed it is in-stock... Gosh... Such liars. Then I asked about my other item. I asked why I haven't received a tracking number yet. They said that I shouldn't worry I will receive my item soon.
It has been 26 days since I placed my order. I did not even receive a tracking number, let alone my product. Needless to say, I did not get my money back either.
Avoid them at all costs. This fake website is just another cash-grab. Completely unprofessional, scam artists.
