I bought a Motorola handset, which came faulty. Doesn't even switching on. I Asked for return, they didn't agreed. Then asked to send the item for repair, it never came back. I paid the item and the postage. They don't ever responding, not sending the item neither refunding. Wheeler dealers

I was scared it wasn’t legit because of the reviews I saw after I had ordered it.
They need to update their services when it comes to sending a confirmation that your order has been placed, that was the only issue I had.
But I contacted them and they confirmed the order and told me when I’d be receiving my order.
It wasn’t a bad experience overall
