Ordered a bed and it arrived but when…
Ordered a bed and it arrived but when unpacked, all the screws and hardware were missing. have now been waiting almost week and as yet no replacement parts have been sent. An email told me they were going to be taking parts from a good product to send me the missing parts and would then be unable to possibly sell that product. Was the product i purchased not good? So now it will be a least two extra weeks that i have had no bed due to parts missing and then taking a week to send and another week to arrive.

Very satisfied with the transaction with them. Next day delivery for outdoor furnitures I bought from them was amazing. Even when Toll lost one of the boxes, they tried to contact them (they never responded to their queries) and they didn't hesitate to send me a replacement to fulfill my order. Very happy and satisfied customer, I will definitely buy from them again. PS. Did I mention that their price was lower even from the ventor's website?
