So first, let me state I never actually received this product, and I am currently awaiting a refund for the order.
I state that so you know this review is not based on the legitimacy of the products, but of my general experience using this service.

I did my research on the company before purchasing, as anyone would. It felt too good to be true with the price being almost 25% cheaper than comparative costs on Amazon, etc.

I ordered the device (a Kindle), and awaited the expected long delivery time.
It told me 4 days, though review had regularly mentioned it was longer than stated.

After 2 weeks, I emailed them to chase.
after another 2 weeks of the stating "it has now been made a priority and will arrive next week" i decided to cancel the order, and just simply pay the extra £50 on Amazon.

Luckily for me, when i checked on Amazon the price had dropped and ended up being the same anyway!

I have now been told there is an error and delay in processing the refund. With no timescale provided, just empty promises and poor service.

In am unsure if these guys are legit, and I am also unsure if I will ever recieve this money back. However, based purely on their service, and terrble terrible delivery times, I would strongly suggest avoiding these guys if you have ANY form of urgency or impatience when ordering an item.

If you are happy to wait 2 months for an item, then this may be worth it. But for me..... in 2026? No thank you,

edit: I received my refund, relatively quickly, though the whole process took over a month, from order to refund.

I made a purchase from DealMonday on 7th May and initially paid using PayPal. The payment wasn’t confirmed so I paid again using PayPal but the same thing and no money was taken, so I paid again using my debit card instead, which went through immediately. No issue there… or so I thought.

Then on 15th May, I suddenly had TWO PayPal payments taken for the exact same item I tried to purchase on the 7th. In total, they charged me THREE times for ONE product.

The worst part? I still haven’t even received the original item so you know I won’t receive the other 2!

I contacted dealmonday customer service about the delivery delay and got the usual “sorry for the delay” response. Conveniently, as soon as I complained, tracking details suddenly appeared. The tracking never actually updates unless you chase them and again it feels like they just send automated updates to keep customers quiet.

I asked for a refund and all I get back are copy & paste responses saying the same thing over and over.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Check the recent reviews as people are clearly having the same issues. Some customers eventually receive their items, but certainly not within the advertised timeframe. This company may have once been legitimate, but based on my experience and all the recent review’s, it now feels completely unreliable.

The item had a good price, is original and they almost commited the delivery window are offering, in my case 7 working days. So I find interesting this website. Yes people WORKING DAYS.

Bought a Canon HG-100TBR tripod and remote for £50, which was nearly half the price of getting it from the UK.

Ordered on 6 May and was delivered to me on 14 May, so that's bang on the end of the 4-6 day working day window that was promised.

The barcode on the back of the box says for PRC only so it's definitely a grey import, but there's very little that could possibly go wrong with this so was more than willing to take the risk.

I bit like other people's reviews, I've had the same issue with delivery. Ive ordered from America and got the item sooner.
Ok, yes the items are a good price but dont reply on the delivery schedule. I also had the busy time frame for April🤣. This was a a birthday gift but still no item. Again I get the we will look into it and the tracker says it still hasn't been picked up by courier. Ive also been to Spain and back. Still waiting and the birthdays came and gone.
All I've asked is for a refund and I'll go somewhere else. They won't even do that.

I strongly warn everyone against using Deal Monday. I ordered a phone worth over £700 two weeks ago, and as of today (May 12th), I have received absolutely nothing. The item is supposedly "in transit," but it’s clearly a lie to stall for time.
Their "customer service" is a joke:
Total lack of communication: After my first inquiry following a 6-day delay, I received a generic automated reply blaming "shipping delays" of 2–3 days. It has now been over a week since that message, and the delay is ongoing.
Ghosting customers: For the last two days, they have even stopped sending automated replies. They are completely ignoring my emails.
No direct contact: There is no way to speak to a real person. Everything is hidden behind automated scripts.
Money recovery issues: Now that I am trying to get my money back, the process is a nightmare. It feels like they are just playing with customers' money.
Looking at other recent reviews, I see I am not alone—many people have been waiting for months without their products or refunds. This company is a complete shambles and, in my opinion, a widespread scam across the UK.
Do not be fooled by any "deals" on their website. You will lose your money and your nerves. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. I am now forced to escalate this to my bank and the authorities.

Terrible Customer Service. Automated emails are regarding extended and non existent delivery. Quoted 2-3 days for a Kindle Paperwhite , nothing arrived!

Update the item was delivered on the 20 May after i initiated charge back with my bank. The item is great, just wish the there had been more info on order tracking. Still awaiting confirmation of payment etc.Ordered Kindle on the 15 April, link to tracking showed no movement since the 25 April. Numerous requests for updates, responses polite but no date other than 'end of next week' for delivery. I keep hoping and will update this if/when I receive delivery. Advise use CC for payment and keep emailing if only to support charge back request! Would have used PayPal but this incurred £13 surcharge

None existing customer service, items not in stock. Imposible to get updates.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- you will regret it. If I could give -5 stars, it would begin to cover it.
Where do I start- after three month and finally with the help of my bank I have had my full refund. I only saved £100 on the price of the MacBook and the time and stress has definitely not been worth it.
It started with a delivery that was to take 3 working days. It ended up being over two weeks later. Yes they kept me updated on that but that was not the point.
15 days later the Macbook develops a fault. I contact them and the first thing they say is returns window is 14 days! So beware! For a high value item - I don't think so. I now say I can take it to Apple and they can sort it out-then I am told - do not show Apple the receipt as it is not a UK item- I was never told this when I purchased it. At this point I am upset. I want to return the item. No I can't- or yes I can but the turnaround window be be about three months etc. Or I find a local repairer, get a quote, send tot hem, they approve and I can then repair it. This is a brand new gadget. So I want to return it. No way! Luckily we are in the UK. Back and forth until a week later I contact my bank and dispute the charges and explain the situation.
It now takes another three weeks and I finally get a return label from Deal Monday. I spend time and money to clear it of my details as the MacBook is completely malfunctioning. I return it and get a confirmation that they are tracking the returns.
Two weeks later I get a letter from my bank that the seller says I have not returned the item and I am trying to keep it. They sent this to my bank they day after they sent me the returns label! I now send the email to my bank confirming me using their prepaid returns label. A week later, the bank lets me know the matter is settled and my money is in my account. This is from the period 5th February to end of April. Never again. Use good old John Lewis- a tad more money, with two years warranty.

Avoid at all cost and don’t get drawn in by the small savings. My product has developed a fault and they are refusing to accept the return / replacement. I’ve had to raise a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Will be updating every 2-3days. Was after Echo DotSmart Speaker, used AI for best prices. This site had shown to be the cheapest by quite a bit. Long story short the “2-4” delivery service is a load of horse 💩 lol. It seems delivery issues are very common using this site.

I placed my order and two weeks later I still didn't receive it and then you had the cheek to offer me an inferior product for less and a partial refund. That's why I cancelled my order .What an insult.
Don't offer something you can't honor.

Ordered 18th just about 2 weeks later on a 2-4 working days delivery turning into a 2-4 working weeks. Dealmonday if u can’t improve shipping just adjust the false advertising to 2-4 weeks for everyone’s peace of mind.

ordered kindle paperwhite on 12th April promised delivery 2 to 4 days.In spite of many emails to the company it was delivered on the 30th April. there was a marginal saving from buying in a local retail outlet the distress at the length of time to deliver ,it wasn't worth it . Always read the reviews prior o placing an order, a rule I forgot to apply. Would not use this company again.

Delivery time was estimated 7-9 days, it’s now been 3 weeks and still no sign of my order. No email regarding the delay and still no sign when it will turn up. Will not use or recommend to anybody. Better off going elsewhere

I reviewed this sham of a company at Christmas time as they failed to deliver one of my kids’ presents in time even though I ordered in early November.

Anyway, that was the least of my worries. When they eventually delivered AFTER Xmas, they accidentally delivered 2 units. Both sat unopened in my wardrobe (as we had already bought one for Xmas) and what followed this has blown my mind. DealMonday gave me the label to return the extra unit, which I was cheesed off with to be honest because I was then having to spend my time fixing their mistake but whatever, I took my time as I have a busy life and it wasn’t a priority for me. They contacted me EVERY DAY - threatened legal action, nagged constantly. Then when I sent it back - they refused the delivery and it came back to me but it’s sat waiting at the post office needing a £7 payment to take delivery. I will not be paying to take delivery and then send it back to them, they can continue their ridiculous claims at legal action. Seriously, the deals are good but for peace of mind please buy elsewhere.

I am so disappointed by this company. I ordered some AirPods 2 weeks before a birthday and I so wish I had read the reviews. They arrived 4 weeks later. When I queried the arrival time I just received a generic message saying they were delayed. For the cost I saved I wished I had bought from someone else and wouldn’t use them again.

Basically I was unhappy as the delivery time offered was not met and the replies to emails appeared ‘ manufactured’ and did not inspire confidence.

However I did promise to come back on here and give an update if I received the product.

I have received them - and to be fair it was only a few days late.

The product is genuine, not damaged and works fine.

I know others have had significant issues and I am not undermining their obviously awful experiences, but this review is based on my own experience.

So - if you are prepared to take a risk, probably not be fully aware of how long it might take for them to come but then possibly benefit from the right product at a reduced price, the go for it in my opinion. But as they say Caveat Emptor 😊

Deal Monday, thank you. Just improve your communications with more detail and make them less ‘ robotic’ and you are on to a winner.

Tread this path with caution.

I ordered a pair of EarPods on Monday 6th April ( Easter Monday) with a promised delivery within 5 working days.

I am on the 14th and have no idea when they are coming. The emails they send out are generic and auto generated - do not expect a reply based on your actual concern.

I am giving two stars due to the fact that I have at least heard something. I will come back on here and provide an update - and appropriate rating if the air pods arrive or not.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TJIS COMPANY.

I ordered a Nintendo Swith which arrived. So far so good. I returned said item immediately due to another one that I ordered arriving earlier than expected. The item from Deal Monday was sent via recorded delivery with a tracking number exactly as the company requested. Their item Nintendo reached the company, they acknowledged receipt of the goods then wouldn’t refund my £200+ for the item. I had to start a dispute through PayPal and to date, I still do not have my money. Thus company had their brand new Nintendo Swith AND £200+ of my money. They have now ceased all communication with me via email.
I have sent them a recorded deliver letter asking for my money back which has been delivered and signed for by ‘Mo’
Court proceedings are pending.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
