Scam company be warned. Ordered a switch got left outside my house despite saying it was on a signed for service. The parcel wasn't there. Informed Dealmonday who wasn't interested in helping me. Eventually I got my money back through a chargeback via my credit card company. Checking the company out on companies house, their address is a temporary rented office space in London. No official address and no operating address could be found. Be very wary if your purchasing from these. I wish I'd paid extra and used a reputable website.

I have bought from deal Monday 4 times in the past and always happy with the product.the only issue I had was i ordered a firestick and after 2 weeks still no item.they refunded straight away.no complaints from me.excellent service

Delivery stated as 2-3 days. waited for 10 days and canceled, got the Item from elsewhere the next day.

It is writen standart orders should be arrived in 6 days. 15 days past and it seems my orders will not artive yet

Absolutely unacceptable and extremely disappointing experience.
What was clearly stated as up to 7–8 working days (even allowing for the extra 4 working days in December) turned into more than DOUBLE the promised timeframe. I placed the order mid-December 2025, and only today (9th January 2026) did I finally receive the last item — split across three separate deliveries, dragging this mess out even longer.
To make matters worse, some items arrived damaged, and one of the iPads is faulty, constantly glitching and clearly unusable. Quality control seems non-existent.
Poor communication, broken promises, damaged goods, and faulty products — this company managed to fail on every level. This has been a complete waste of time and money.
Horrible experience. I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to stay well away.

Money been taken but still no phone

Tracking has been saying out for delivery for weeks.

No response from dealmonday other than an automated response containing no real info. No number to call.

DO NO ORDER FROM HERE.

Luckily i ordered thrugh AMEX so can chargeback

Ordered phone on 30th of November, paid nearly £900. 8th of January today - no phone, no money. Poor communication, generic responses that 'investigation is ongoing'. Had to open dispute with AMEX. Shambles!!!!!

Terrible ordered a Samsung galaxy ultra watch and another item on the 19th of december I didn't expect it to be there by Christmas but not far behind a day after ordering they email some rubbish excuse that it will be a further two weeks for the watch as th y can't get the item which is weird since I've already paid I said I will wait then fast forward to this week stating the 5th now it's another two weeks the first item came on the Saturday the 3rd with foreign plugs these are not based in England they constantly take days to respond and always respond at 3 am or later I asked for a refund 3 times and was only accepted on the 6th of January in the email they said sorry we could not get your requested item ???? It wasn't a request it was a purchase which. Is a contract which states you only take money for said item if you have stock and can supply it this company is a compete scam I have reported then to citizens advice to contact trading standards and my bank is also investigating them and I don't want a reply from any of you deal Monday agents any sarcastic reply or disclosure of any of my order details will be treat with breaking data protection. also I will be forwarding to trading standards I've got all you emails saved and can supply to any future customer of how amateur and disgusting your service is

Do not use - would give Zero if I could.

Order never delivered and when I asked them for refund was continuously told that a refund could not be offered until the parcel had been checked with courier which is neither true nor legal and just a tactic to delay. Incredibly frustratiing.

Have had to report the transaction as fraudulent with bank in a last attempt to retrieve.

I purchased from this site several times. The products have been genuine and the delivery has been fairly quick. No issues at all.

Don’t use these guys. They said 5 times the parcel was sent and it wasn’t.

Ordered an iPad for my daughter's Christmas present on the 15th December because of the 2-4 day delivery stated. I chased this delivery until well after Christmas and it was apparently "delivered" on the 31st December while I was at work. From what I can gather it was left on my doorstep and when I returned from work after a 13 hour shift, there was no package! They've since ignored all my emails about this and have just sent me a picture of someone holding a parcel at my front door as their evidence of delivery. I'll now have to go through my bank to claim my money back. This company is basically scamming people. Be warned.

My order for a phone went in on the 1st December 2025. Payment was taken.
Have not received the order and it's the 3rd January 2026.

I ordered a samsung s25 ultra on blackfriday. Its now the 1st of January and im still waiting. They say dpd have it. Dpd website says order placed but not received. Its been like this for 3 weeks and they obviously have no idea where it is. I asked to cancel and they said they need to see what happened to the order. Absolutely useless. No faith in them at all. They are utterly clueless

I ordered a new Samsung watch for my wife xmas present. Very early in December saying it was 3/4 days deliver. It took over 4 weeks missing xmas altogether and when I finally recieved it. Everything was in Chinese. Samsung watch looks legit but defiantly wasn't manufactured for UK

PRODUCT STILL NOT ARRIVED AFTER 2 WEEKS .COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMER SERVICES IS NOT A GOOD EXPERIANCE AND TRACKING PAGE IS A WASTE OF TIME .WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Terrible experience. 12 days sincs ordering a gift which was meant to take 2-4 business days and the order status gets stuck for days at every single stage. At this rate it will take another 12 days.

Placed order 2 weeks before Christmas and was told there was “2-4 days expedited delivery”, 18 days later the item still hasn’t arrived. Was given fake looking tracking info from Yodel that hasn’t been updated in over a week, finally emailed and have now been given a Royal Mail tracking code which says a further 48 hours! The products may be genuine and cheap but do not trust their shipping estimates. No easy way to contact them except by filling out standard forms on the website.
