You can win on the slots here (they used to offer live games but have since removed them). The real issue lies in the tactics used to prevent you from withdrawing your winnings—tactics clearly designed to keep the money in your account so you continue playing, which, as with all casinos, means you’ll likely lose it. This goes completely against UKGC regulations.

I won £2,000 and successfully withdrew £500. When I attempted to withdraw the remaining £1,500—despite my account being fully verified and having no previous issues—it flagged a problem and claimed further information was needed. Rather than holding the funds in a pending withdrawal, they left the money in my playable balance. I contacted support immediately, but received no response. With no action taken to protect the funds, the money remained in the account and, unsurprisingly, I played and lost it all.

I take full responsibility for the decision to play again—but I don’t accept the manipulative and unethical way this company operates. Had they followed fair practice, that money would have been protected during the withdrawal process.

Jumpman Gaming is incredibly difficult to contact. There is no live chat—only email—and it often takes days or even weeks to receive a response, if you get one at all.

They also charge £2.50 for every withdrawal, which just adds insult to injury.

When things go smoothly, the experience can be enjoyable. But the frustration, poor customer support, and ethically questionable practices make it impossible to recommend this site
