The service was great and delivery was made very fast. The product itself seems to be good but for some reason doesn't feel of the best quality and for a little more I could have bought something much better. Instructions how to assemble were not clear and the materials I wish they were more solid. all in all is ok. Thanks.

I received a product and some details were missing. I claimed directly, and got the answer quite quickly, that they will order missing spareparts (no info, how long it will takes).
After 2 weeks when i contacted again, i got info, that it takes 28-32 days.
I told I am not happy with this solution, that i need to wait so long, but no answer for my consern.
Now, almost 7 weeks later, still no spareparts.
Absurd.

2 stars just because laundry buckets are good quality.
No contact with customer service. No answer on emails. No phone number. Waiting time over 30 days. No information about product delivery. I'm never going to order again from them!

I bought a shoe rack from this shop and it was delivered on time. The website is easy to navigate. The payment process was smooth. No major problem whatsoever. Will probably buy something else from them in the future.

It was very good with the speed of shipping and quality. We are satisfied.

No reply to my query, at all.
Got a mail that my order has been proceased. Did not get a tracking code even after REQUESTING for one.
I had ordered two storage benches. Only one gor delivered. Still was billed for both.
The customer service ia a joke: "we will respond within 1-2 days" but after two weeks: nothing.
The product may be ok - but do not dare to take it out now in case I have to return it because I have not received both - which I need.
Avoid this seller as they will ghost you even when there is no trouble. They obviously have no idea how internet business is conducted.

The worst site I have ever seen, I bought a laptop stand from this lousy website. I haven't even used it, I just unboxed it and realized that the quality is terrible I didn't even use it. then I asked to return the product ( BTW: it is not easy to return any product on the website, you have to send a mail and pay 75kr for a return.) I accepted the price and was ready to pay. Then they told me that the return is not approved. Why!! I don't know. They haven't even sent the product back

They are fraudulent and scam shop online, if you enter your payment details or make any purchase from their shop consider yourself a new victim.

The criminals sent me a faulty airfryer that doesn't turn on and after I contacted them, they replaced it with a new device without the bucket/food holder part.

I got in contact with them and sent them every confirmation details they asked for so they lied and claimed they have sent a replacement that is on its way. This has taken over 2 months now yet nothing has been received or solved.

They stopped responding to my mails since then.

I am making a formal complaints with the Swedish Police and my bank about these fraudsters.

Don't buy anything from their shop or you will regret it. Try other butiks or better deal with local stores instead of these criminals.

It takes approximately one week to reply a mail from them.

The product delivered fast as it was described on the website. The ordering was simple and easy to deal with. I would surely recommend this any day. Awesome!

Do yourself a favor, don´t buy anything from Dealproffsen. I bought a standup desk from them for health reasons that came scratched and with no holes for the screws. A few months later the table stopped working (doesn´t go up) and now they won´t take my table back, return me my money or fix the problem; they sent me new components but not to replace the motor, that is not working properly.

They have no customer phone support and hardly reply to e-mails; I should have know better, never buy anything from a website that does not have a phone number... lesson learned.

It´s actually sad to see that someone could treat their customers like this. My experience with this company was nothing but headaches, angry e-mails and 400,00€ in the trash. I´ve been forced to file a formal complaint on Dealproffsen to try and get my money back now that I have a 400,00€ standup desk that is not a standup desk. Really sad and disrespectful, a good metaphor to how the world is at the moment...

I´m writing this review so that no one else has to go through whatever I did as I know this review won´t solve my problem.
