A terrible experience so far, I hope for better service, please surprise me !
I have not received my goods yet ! There has gone more than 14 days. I have received an apology from the supplier. However, there will go yet another 14 days before I am due to receive the product.
Countless times, I was told by "Deal Sales" to read "vigtig at ved" and countless times I informed them I could not !
All of which was accademic, when the supplier did not even have my product in stock ! Now you have the " outright cheek" to ask for a recommendation ! To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

I´m sorry that you have been told that the product is out of order by the supplier.
Please write to us on kundeservice@dealsales.dk if you want us to refund the order.
Regarding "Vigtigt at vide" we asked you to read it because here is all the information you need to know. When you wrote to us the first time you wrote in danish so we didn't know you wanted us to reply in english.
You wrote to us that you couldn´t find "Vigtigt at vide" and then told you where to find and we also sent it to you.
But no matter what to should off course receive your product on time which you haven´t and we will take this up with the supplier.

Du kan læse alt om leveringstid på alle tilbud, og langt de fleste varer kommer hurtigere end angivet. Men når der skal laves tilbud med disse rabatter, betyder det at leverandørene skal sende med så billig porto som muligt, for at holde økonomi på disse tilbud. Derfor kan der gå op til 12 hverdage. Andre tilbud har bestemt ugelevering, disse bliver først afsendt når tilbuddet går offline. Disse tilbud kører en uge.
Håber dette giver mening.
