Stay well clear of this company! Please don’t waste your time and money ordering anything from them, it is a shambles. They are rude, ignorant and don’t ship the goods. Total lack of professionalism!

I ordered a playhouse for £230 for my daughters birthday. The product page and my order confirmation email stated 2-5 days delivery. Of course it didn’t turn up, so I emailed and was ignored. My mum sent an email threatening to report them and they replied to her (even though she didn’t even place the order - data breach?) saying they didn’t see any need to report them and that it would be delivered on the Wednesday (8 days after ordering)… of course it still didn’t arrive. We was then told delivery on Friday (10 days after ordering)… again, it still didn’t arrive, all in writing. I emailed around 6 times in total, Facebook messaged, tried calling numerous times and left a voicemail and was totally ignored. They would only speak to my mum for some reason and even that was useless… just false promises and rudeness.

I finally got hold of them on the Friday (the third promised delivery date) and they tried blaming UPS. No apology, just arguing with me and had the cheek to say ‘it’s 9.30 in the morning and you’re calling me having a go at me’ and saying I was just trying to ‘tarnish’ their company (I think they’re easily doing that all by themselves looking at other reviews) making out that I was in the wrong for being annoyed! He even told me a point blank lie, saying they had paid over the odds for delivery of £60 for the shipping label even though he didn’t realise they had sent my mum a screenshot of it costing them £35, I called him out for lying and he had nothing to say for himself and kept trying to change the subject, proves they just make up things! The rudest, worst company I have ever dealt with. He wouldn’t hear me out, just kept interrupting saying ‘let me speak’ but then just telling lies blaming everybody but themselves. He said they didn’t have a courier for larger items so I told them they shouldn’t sell them if they can’t ship them within the timeframe quoted when purchasing.

He promising to call me back the same day after supposedly speaking to UPS, of course he didn’t though. I tried calling, no answer again, so I emailed and texted requesting a full refund for the item, ignored me again. My mum texted and advised we would be taking this further and got a reply straight away, ridiculous when I’m the one that placed the order! They even said to us that they are a ‘small business that prides themselves on customer care’ and we did have a literal laugh at that…if that is their idea of ‘customer care’ then I don’t think their business will be running for long with the attitude they’ve got! I did receive the refund luckily so wasn’t out of pocket but please avoid and save yourselves the stress! The worst customer service I have ever experienced and looks like many other people have had the same experience with them looking at other peoples reviews!

Unprofessional, rude, tells lies and doesn’t supply the items. Avoid at all costs!

I have read several negative reviews to say the least, and I guesse you can't please everyone. Speaking from my experience, yes there was a initial problem with communication but as soon as it was raised I got fantastic a service with several call backs to ensure I received my ring cameras next day delivery, in summary so I waited an extra couple of days at a price no one else could come near.
So yes I would recommend this site and use again, lastly give the guy a break while he gets the business off the ground, many thanks

Can’t recommend this online shop enough, order placed for a Keter bar, item unfortunately arrived damaged (during transit), but after emailing photos etc, I had a call from Billy and I received a perfect replacement the very next day, very impressed and will definitely use again, well done on your amazing customer support x

Brilliant service can’t fault it. Ordered 2 ring stick up cameras, they came the next day and I was expecting them in 3 days. Was asked to review my experience by the owner and I can say I’m impressed best of luck with your business.

Update 10/7/23 deals Direct have refunded all monies and have contacted me to confirm issues now resolved.

SCAM - STOLE OVER £300 from me. I bought a BBQ for over £300. Delivery time was promised to be between 3 - 5 working days. Emailed after 3 days for an update, no answer. Called - the number goes through to a random firm. Still no BBQ weeks later and no contact. Have raised it with my bank to follow up.

I did have an issue with a product being faulty, but DealsDirectOnline were extremely good about getting this sorted out and quickly too - they arranged a return to have a courier pick up the parcel from my home - no hassle - quick and easy unlike many other stores!

Placed an order for some Ring security cameras priced at £108.99. The order was cancelled the following day with no explanation! Check for the cameras on the website and they are now priced at £128.99. I won't order any from this website in the future and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Paid for a BBQ for 99.99 was told an E-mail would follow shortly confirming order number. No E-mail ever came so rang the telephone number on Web page it was answered by a recorded message saying thank you for contacting Emergency Carpet Cleaners please leave a message after the tone. AFTER A PHONE CALL ON 7th JUNE FROM THE FIRM, EXPLAINING WHAT WENT WRONG I NOW RETRACT ALL OF THE ABOVE. THE ITEM ORDERED HAS NOW BEEN DELIVERED. THANK YOU

Ordered and paid for samsonite suitcases didn't receive any confirmation of order only that PayPal had taken the payment of £150 after a couple of days I began to feel uneasy about the transaction so decided to look into the traders reviews only to find a catalogue of horror stories, so I decided to contact the seller by phone he informed me that he didn't actually have the items I had paid for but would get them to me by Friday, of course this was a lie next thing I receive a pending refund message from PayPal which 8 days later I still havnt received I have opened a claim against him with PayPal, my advice is to stay well clear of this trader.

After placing an order,I never received any tracking information what so ever. I then contacted the seller for an update only to be told it had been delivered,he then provided proof of delivery but everything didn't add up. Parcel was delivered to South London but should have been delivered to leeds. After contacting seller all communication had stopped,I had opened a dispute with PayPal who then investigated the case. I contacted DPD with the parcel number and was told that number had no relevance to me or my address. After communicating with PayPal again the case has now been clossed with a full refund to myself. SO JUST A BIT OF ADVICE WOULD BE AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COST.!!!!!!!!

Panda memory foam mattress topper. They sent the wrong size ! No customer service or reply to my messages -no idea or help how to return ! Won’t use them again
They advertise an item and then send another ! And then expect you to return at your expense !

Good experience, owner was nice a friendly

Bought a ring camera it came next day which I was surprised by. The black didn’t really go well with the interior of my house. I thought it’s worth a try to exchange it didn’t have high hopes.. Billy was so helpful he exchanged it for free and sent the replacement out the very next day and reimbursed me for the shipping.

Will definitely be ordering again 5* service. Brilliant people. Hope you do very well

I ordered an optimise electric stove from direct deals on line. I must say I am delighted with the product and the price which was £100 cheaper then other dealers. Arrived when they said it would, works perfectly. Will use this company again without reservation.

My mother is an elderly lady. She was burgled recentlyand borrowed money to get an alarm system. We found it with DIRECT DEALS. And after reading reviews thought it was the right choice.

Later i get a from a man called Billy from DIRECT DEALS claiming to be the owner stating they made a mistake and where meant to change the price and that my mother would have to pay a significant amount more 1 explained as her consumer rights the price has to be honoured. I called Billy back just now and he smugly said
(which he's tone yesterday was of someone giving me reasons to feel sory for him) that my mother would only get a refund and nothing more. I said I need a final response to exercise my rights with the ombudsman on behalf of my mother. He just stated I would get a refund and an email of the refund.

I wil be following this through as doing business myself I find this outrageous. As customers if we make a mistake the consumer would not blink an eye lid or drop a tear for us and deny someone's claim or anything of the such. Now my mother is left currently without a refund or the alarm system. The event of being burgled has left her terrified and now she has to deal with this. All this was
explained to Billy, We have the confirmation of the sale. Moneys where taken out. Now she cannot buy another alarm. And are still awaiting the refund.

They have had a chance to rectify this and keep customer satisfaction to the highest but just shows thier lack of professionalism and care for thier customer. SORRY FOR THE LONG MESSAGE BUT WANT TO MAKE SURE THIS DOESNT HAPPEN TO SOMEONE ELSE.

I ordered a 1 man tent that did not turn up due to a price change canceling the transaction, but was fully refunded a week later.
