One would think we would learn! I still do not have the item I ordered in the middle of November. My card was charged and I keep getting the same email over and over. Now my granddaughter will not have her greatest wish. There should be somewhere to go with people like this and these sites that are not trustworthy and a scam. I will get my money back I guarantee it! I am relentless when it comes to stuff like this. These people are crooks. I am leaving town on the 18th and no gift. Real jerks( that is the nice word)

I want to warn others about my frustrating experience with DealXS. I attempted to cancel my order on three separate occasions before it was shipped, but my requests were blatantly ignored.

In response to my first two cancellation requests, DealXS merely apologized for the delay in shipping my order. Each time, I clarified that my concern was not the shipping time but my desire to cancel the order and receive a refund. Despite this, they ignored my requests.

On my third attempt, they again apologized for the shipping delay and then informed me that my order could not be canceled because it had already been shipped. This is completely unacceptable.

DealXS has proven to be unhelpful and untrustworthy. I will never purchase from them again and will make sure to warn others to avoid them as well.

The company claims they sent me the product twice (they did not) and then demanded that I send the duplicate product back or I would would charged again. I did not receive the product twice, what was I to send back? The emails are quite threatening and it seems that they are holding my credit card information hostage.

Can comfortably and confidently recommend this merchant for their non-electric/non-electronic merchandise, however this does not hold true for the electronic/electric items. There is a 30-day warranty, and that’s about it. For non-frequently used items, issues do not show up that soon.

I had purchase a $700 refurbished Ecoflow Power supply and after less than 60 days, it was showing issues. I contacted dealsxs and best they could guide me with is the 30-day warranty which had already lapsed.

Sells fake products and a scam do not buy.

I was concerned about this site at first, when I was trying to order something. Even more so when I saw it had only 1.8 stars. However, upon reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance. And I am so very glad I did! I ordered some stamps at 9:00pm on Wednesday March 13th. This company sent me an email right away confirming everything. 2 days later, on Friday the 15th I received another email stating they had sent my stamps through USPS. And here it is, Monday, the 18th, and I received them in the mail. I am so very happy with this company! And now that I know they are legit, I'll gladly order more without worry. Hopefully others will read these positive reviews and give them a try.

I ordered USPS postage stamps that are no longer available directly from the USPS. I placed the order on Sunday, 01/07/24, and received my stamps on Thursday, 01/11/24. I received updates via e-mail every step of the way. They also charged me less than the face value from the USPS with free shipping.

I did use PayPal to pay for my own safety but I my experience was equal to Amazon which I consider the gold standard.

Bought two Canadian silver maple leaf coins from them before I found this page. When I received them, I took them to a local vendor who tested them and they are not silver.

This website is SCAM. They will not send you any order confirmation or tracking number. And you cannot contact them in any kind of communication

I tried to sell my silver Maple leafs to 2 different silver dealers and they tested fake at both places, and forget about contacting them because they won't respond

I ordered two AirPods through dealsxs for my family. I bought two AirPods through your company . But they were broken and my family brought them to the Apple Store. The store staff said that the two AirPods are FAKE. I was so embarrassed with it. They are selling FAKE products!! And dealxs customer service doesn’t try to help it at all. So disappointed.

Horrible horrible customer service!!! They sent me the wrong item. It takes weeks to get a response. There are no phone numbers to get help. Only email that they do not answer. After weeks of trying to get ahold of them they said to ship it back but require me to pay shipping to return the wrong item that they sent. I would not order anything from these people. You will loose your money and not receive what you ordered or any type of customer service and they do not care. Awful!!!!

I ordered a product from DealsXS and the tracking said it came to my post office then it was sent somewhere else, I waited about two weeks then called them the. Guy I spoke with started tracking it found it going to several different states, he stated they would refund me or mail a new product, I opted for the new product and within two days I received it, about. About a week later I received the original order and called them back as wanted it too, I was going to pay for the second one, the Guy that I spoke with told me to just donate the money to my favorite charity which is Saint Jude Children’s Hospital. To me this is a Five star company, I have ordered from them three or four times and this is the first time I ever had a hiccup, and they immediately made it right. I will continue to order from them, they have been very fair with me.

Customer service with this company is terrible. I ordered one of their products, it was delivered to the wrong address, and they were not willing to ship out a new product. After 10 or so emails regarding this issue (they would email back, but no name signed to their emails, and they would not provide a contact phone number so that I could call and actually talk to a real person). They did offer a refund, but would not honor the discount that I had used to purchase the original item.
Based on poor customer service alone , I would not order again from this company, regardless of the price for their products.

These guys have ridiculously bad customer service as they don't read my replies or address my concerns. Also, they sold me a totally defective product (labelled AirPods from Apple) with numerous issues. They will not pay for the shipping to return bc I'm outside USA in Canada. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. They are full BS and a pathetic excuse for a business who claims to value customers and "high quality products". A joke.

Total scam website. Silver coins are 100% counterfeit(verified by coin dealer). Would not refund.

They sent me counterfeit AirPods Pros. I got proof from Apple that they’re Chinese copies and this site plus their other site Overhalfsale are both selling counterfeit airpods to people taking their $$ then using the fake US addresses to set up their front while they run this scam from China

Why this scam site is still running is a mystery. These are Chinese criminals stealing from innocent people in the USA sending money back to China and laughing about it. They’re hiding behind a fake UPS store address. They have another scam site which is almost just a copy of this one - Called Overhalfsale. Both were investigated by the BBB after reports of stealing from thousands of people either just sending them nothing or giving them some cheap imitation items from China that are non returnable.

These people sold me and my friend fake AirPods Pro. We knew right away because they both had the same serial number on them. And Apple told us they’re fake when we check them at the store. They also said there’s like more than 50 people using this same serial number so it was copied on other fake AirPods Pro and sold to people too.
