While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

My experience with Dealum has been extremely disappointing. Despite repeated requests, they refuse to handle data deletion in compliance with GDPR standards, insisting on a 30-day waiting period for company data, which is both excessive and unnecessary.
Their customer service has been unhelpful, providing excuses instead of solutions and failing to take accountability as the platform provider. Even though they claim company data is not protected under GDPR, they still bear responsibility for ensuring its timely deletion when requested.
The entire process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and lacking professionalism. I cannot recommend this platform to anyone looking for reliable and transparent service.

In the startup ecosystem space from accelerators to incubators, I think Dealum is the worst of its kind a scam that will unravel itself when the time comes.
Businesses like these should be driven to court.
1. They charge you an access fee to enter the platform.
2. They show you VCs/Programs you can apply to
3. ...Poof, it's a black hole
No application tracking, no visibility on open rate, no access to people to directly reach, and no accountability on their front.
They are in the business of taking advantage of startups who are looking to raise, not actually what they say
