Before joining the program I was completely lost, I had no direction in terms of where I wanted to go in life. Alot of jobs didn’t want to accept me due to my past experience and I had no hope.

As someone who grew up in foster care I was inspired by the fact that Dean was involved in property & social housing, having come from a council estate background so we could relate.

Thats mainly the only reason why I decided to go with this because I saw him doing it himself and the revenue he was making personally. It was inspiring to see that if he could do it so could I.

Since joining his one to one mentoring I’ve learnt how to source deals, how to upload on Airbnb and booking and how to make your listing stand out.
I managed to Get a nice apartment in London, I just listed this week and already I got 19 days booked for next month totalling £2580…
I feel like there’s hope now compared to when I started I feel like i have purpose. Im motivated and my future is clear. For anyone that is sitting on the fence about this mentorship, trust me just go for it, you won’t regret it. Im a man who people thought had no hope due to my past. And now I’m here making my family proud.
