Dressdear s a fake platform...i ordered cotton dress but they gave very cheap cloth...nothing matched with my order...there s no return policy

Completely fake I ordered a dress and what I received is different al our hard earned money is wasted..

My order came in 2 days and I love it. The quality is good and I will be ordering again soon.

So far, I’ve shopped three times from here, wish it was faster shipping, Though delivery time is as promised.

This was my first shipment! Love the packaging it came and the quality of the matching sets! Best wholeseller company!!

My order arrived, absolutely NOTHING like it was described on the website. Appalling quality.
I returned my items over a month ago (signed and tracked Royal Mail) and was told I would receive a full refund for the items. Royal Mail has confirmed the items were delivered back and signed for, yet now the company has mysteriously gone quiet and I still haven't got a refund. DO NOT be fooled by the false, deceptive pictures on their website.

SCAM! WARNING!!!! If I could, I would give 0 stars. These are the cheapest clothes I have ever seen. The clothes you receive have absolutely nothing to do with what is shown on their website. They write the dresses are made of cotton. They are not, they are cheap polyester. The "embroidery" the dresses are supposd to have is non-existent. It's just printed in cheap colours on the dresses, The tassles and other promised embellishments on the dresses are also non-existent. Major rip-off. All of the dresses are going back asap. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

Ordered 4 “linen cotton “ dresses , looked lovely in photos. 2 have arrived , neither are cotton / linen , both are very cheap synthetic fabric , very badly made . First 2 went straight in the bin , expect the remaining 2 will also . The product I received was NOTHING like the description or photo . RIP OFF .

THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! THIEVES!!! THEY SAID THEY SHIPPED MY PACKAGE AND ITS WITH DHL AND DHL SAID IT WAS DELIVERED I NEVER RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT NOT ONE PACKAGE . 4 PACKAGES TOTAL OF 279.04 TO START MY BUSINESS AND I RECEIVED NOTHING AND THEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN I DIDNT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT THEY TOLD ME THEY SHIPPED IT SO AFTER THEY SHIP IT IT'S OUT OF THEIR HANDS AND IT'S YOUR FAULT IF YOU DONT GET YOUR PRODUCT WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS RIGHT?! IF I SAY I DIDNT GET IT THEN WHY WOULD I ASK POLITELY FOR YOU TO SEND THE PRODUCT AGAIN THROUGH ANOTHER COURIER INSTEAD OF THE MONEY AND THEY STILL WONT WORK WITH YOU . THEY USE WHATS APP INSTEAD OF REAL PHONE NUMBERS SO I NEVER SPOKE TO ANYONE NOT EVEN THE "MANAGER" WILL RESPOND. I TRUSTED THEM BECAUSE THEY HAD GREAT REVIEWS BUT IM STARTING TO THINK THOSE REVIEWS ARE FAKE BECAUSE I WENT THROUGH PURE HELL!!!! IN THE MIDST OF A PANDEMIC. NO SYMPATHY WHATSOVEVER THEY TOOK THE MONEY SO FAST IT WOULD MAKE YOUR HEAD SPIN BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IS -0 . SAVE YOUR MONEY NOT EVERYTHING THAT LOOKS GOOD IS GOOD. I WOULD NOT WISH WHAT THEY DID TO ME TO MY WORST ENEMY . 1 WEEK OF SITTING THERE WITH NO PRODUCT AND NO ONE TO TALK TO. THANK GOD I HAVE A GREAT BANK BECAUSE THEY ARE GOING TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM DEAR FASHION AND GIVE ME MY MONEY. DONT DO IT JUST DONT

I got 7 pieces from Dear-Fashion and I wasn't expecting much since the prices were so affordable. So when I received my products in the mail I was pleasantly surprised because they were so soft and good quality. For the price and what you get, I will definitely buy from them again. I highly recommend them for clubwear and dresses.
