Very bad customer service and scammers, I never received my order, almost 9 months and they never give me my money back, and don’t send me anything. Don’t buy here

Terrible customer service! Ordered for my pup sized up as stated on the site and the clothing was way to small still. My baby is only 3.8 lbs so that’s saying a lot. Requested refund and was told they do not offer refunds. Absolute rip off WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

How can you know if something fits unless u try it on ? This folks will keep your $$ at all cost even if the item doesn't fit...watch out don't trust this seller. read the fine print and then shop somewhere else

They presented nice pictures and info of the product. I bought robotic vacuum cleaner for 60+ $ When i got the product it wasn't at all what it was presented and it was a toy which needed batteries to work. Max price for that was 10 $
Wont recommend that place! Very disappointed that such webpages work and paypal is working with such dealers

Total scam... What they send is not what you order and they expect you to pay for return shipping in order to get a refund... Which I'm leary of because i truly believe they'd say they never got it and I'd never see a refund anyways

i ordered a smart watch, but what i get is very different from the item i chose. the seller's response was not satisfactory, i wanted to return it back but i cant get full address and im very disappointed with this website.
There is no solution given to me.

Never got my purchase and no such order existed.
I thought Facebook and Google etc...we're meant to stamp out such scamming online.

scam total scam they got few domains with same products . advertising in FB and other social media. you pay and get junk instead of promiced goods

I just order a smart watch , and waiting for couple of week after not receive any email from deardog.shop . I checking his website , it showed that deardog.shop already sent my smart watch. But I didn't received it yet.
There no any email for me to ask what happened to my smart watch. Never trust to this website.

Complete scam. Do not order from this so called company. You will not get what you ordered. They send out very cheap garbage that is worth much less than you pay for.

I bought a Smart watch with 360°Rotating camera. Instead, I received a lousy counterfeit item with none of those functions! Sigh! Please stay away from them or get scammed!

I am very frustrated to receive my product: I bought "Marvel Legends Series Star-Lord Electronic Helmet" and what came was a rubber mask in very bad condition.
I feel cheated and very upset.

I need my money to be reimbursed.

I purchased a Marvel Legends Captain America shield, labeled in the shop's inventory as the 75th anniversary edition. It said it was 24 inches in diameter, etc. (everything that matched the actual item Hasbro produces). It also said it was putting it out for $40 for a short time to boost sales. It said the shipping time was between 4-7 days. I purchased expedited shipping, expecting it to get here within a couple days. It took a month just to ship out of China. I received the item a month after I ordered it, and it turned out it wasn't even the correct shield! It was a cheap knockoff, even smaller than the real item and made with horrible materials. When I went back to the page, the item was deleted from the store page, with no record of its existence. I lost $50 on a cheap piece of garbage from a horrible seller. I recommend not buying anything from this shop.

I received the wrong item. The one mentioned on website was totally different from the one I received. Whenever I review their product on the website the negative ratings never shows up and they have some strategy they use to make only the positive comments visible. I want the refund and there is no way that I am able to opt for my refund. Completed cheated by this product. Do not buy any product from this website. It's total ****

Hello I finally received the package in the mail just now and upon opening the package realized that the item in the box was not the item that I ordered and that I paid for.

The item does does not match the description and wven the item pictured on the box is a different item them what was inside the box.

Please send me a refund.  I do not want this incorrect product.

Yup. Just as everyone else says, it's a scam. Received a dollar store quality Star Lord mask. It was supposed to be a motorized Replica Iron Man helmet.
