Love my coffee
I’ve been buying coffee beans from this website for a while now and I’m always impressed with the quality. The beans are fresh, aromatic, and make a perfect cup every time. Absolutely awful. Zero customer service.
Delivery arrived late and damaged. Tested coffee which was undrinkable. Tasted like 2 months old coffee.
Informed seller that delivery was discarded due to damage.
Absolutely nothing but rudeness from customer service. They were not interested.
Opened case with PayPal then offered refund if I send back item (after already telling seller item was discarded). Being deliberately difficult and avoiding any form of blame.
The contract was that they would provide me a service that simply was not met
Despite all of this and numerous emails no response.
Very arrogant company.

My go to for freshly roasted coffee beans for several years now. I have a subscription, so get a different single origin bag each week. Every bag has been great, and with some flavour profiles I wouldn't normally try. Superb coffee, superb company.
