The order I received was the wrong items and the quality was CHEAP and DAMAGED. I never received my other order. Do not order from this business! I ordered two reusable shopping bags. They sent one correct bag and one incorrect bag. These bags were over $40 each plus shipping. Their customer service email is not in service and no one answered their customer service phone number. Finally I got a response days after complaining on their website and they offered a $10 refund. I received dress that sort of looked like the website images, I emailed the dearmolly, who responded that their US address lease has run out, and the package must be sent to China, in which if the package is "lost" then no refund will be issued. Their phone number on their website is disconnected, and the Chicago address listed on their website leads to an empty lot. I wish I researched this organization before purchasing.
The email written also sounded incredibly sketchy:

Should have done the research - same thing happened to me that has happened to all these people. Sent the wrong dress and now are claiming they can offer 30% back, because I needed their permission to return the item. The return address and phone number listed on their webpage do not exist and I have an email from them stating their lease ran out! Then there is a big disclaimer that if the item gets lost or is damaged in transit, they will not refund your money. And they then give you an address to send back to CHINA! I paid for the shipping to return it to the address they had listed twice! They clearly have a scam going of sending the wrong dress then not refunding the money. I'll be reporting them. Unbelievable! This place should be shut down! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
