I rec'd mine this month and was very disappointed. First I didn't realize that the sweatshirt was coming from China. If I had known would have never ordered. Second, I ordered a large. What came was a sweatshirt that was small in the torso and large in the arms (I could fit both my arms in one sleeve) it makes me look like a deformed creature. Sorry to say I will not be ordering anything from them again.

I purchased a hoodie from this company on 9/2/26. I loved the sentiment behind the words on the hoodie, however, when I finally received my order (on 9/12/26) I found that the hoodie was overly large (I ordered a small), and the material of the hoodie actually felt like foam rubber; it definitely did not feel like a soft hoodie. I emailed the company to ask for directions on returning the garment for a refund, to date they have NOT responded. If no response is received, or if I am told I cannot return the hoodie, then I will have to have my bank intervene.

Good shipping. Nice products. Quality material. Heavy weight material. Very happy with the transition. Would highly recommend.

I like my shirt a lot.. My only suggestions are for a softer, less stiff material. Mine was the right size however it didn't sit right.. Also, I can't wear hoodies because of hot flashes and my body (I have a physical disability and they are very bulky). I didn't see a lighter kangaroo pocket option which I would have purchased in every color!

The material is soft. The 3X sweatshirt is actually a size 2X. I was disappointed with that.

The sweatshirt is very nice, and I love the messages on the front and the back—they are my primary reasons for buying it. The sweatshirt is very soft, and I know it will feel comfortable when I wear it (as soon as it gets cooler!). It was delivered much faster than I thought it would be, and I’m happy about that.

Wanted to purchase a sweatshirt from this company but their size chart was very confusing. I usually wear an XL but if I measure myself according to their directions, I would come out as a size Small - I knew that couldn't be right. So I emailed them to ask specifically whether the size in their charts is the actual measurement in inches across the back and front of the shirt. Simple enough question, or so I thought. Received a response the next day which looked very auto-generated, or at least cut and pasted - just reiterating their sizing information on the website. I figured they had misunderstood my question, so I responded and this time no response from them after 6 days. Emailed a third time today and got a similar auto response again - still not addressing my specific question. I am assuming their customer service is either done by AI or people simply cut and paste their sizing info into every email, without looking at what the customer is asking. I am not buying a shirt in a size Small when I normally wear XL, just because that's what it looks like I should do from their chart. This is especially important since they don't appear to offer any refunds, only store credit if you get the sizing wrong - and you have to pay to return the item. There is no phone number to contact them and based on many reviews I have read, I am not the only one who has had this experience of not being able to connect with a person. If they are so reluctant to answer customer questions before we order, I would not expect anything more after we have paid, so I will not be ordering from them.

The fit runs a little small. I was surprised the shipping was international for an Illinois-based company. I like the feel of the material but most importantly the reminder of what it stands for.

Color was more yellow than Beige. Not what I expected. Everything else was fine. I love the sentiment behind the print on the sweatshirt.
I do wish the hood had string to tighten it. It does drape down over the message on the back a bit.

Love the message! Sweatshirt sleeves were way too long and torso was too short. Had to roll the sleeves up three times and will wear a longer shirt underneath. Not a normal sized sweatshirt.

This company's return policy is ridiculous. None of their sizes are correct. They tell you to buy a size up so I bought a 3X which fits like a small on a regular person. It's not even a large. They want me to pay to return it and then want to only give me store credit. I ordered two T-shirts the first one they said would be delivered on the 28th it showed out for delivery never got it. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company I wouldn't do business with a company that doesn't give you your money back when you're unsatisfied with their product

These are high quality sweatshirts. A great message and I get so many people commenting on these. Also true to size!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a total scam! I ordered 3 shirts, thinking I was doing something good for a good cause. I doubt very seriously this company donates anything but thats not the point today. The shirts I received (came from 2 different locations so not just one mistake). The shirts were cheap cotton/polyester material that were irregular sizes- meaning one of them had short sleeves that went past my elbows, very short, wide torso. The other 2 were for my boys and they would be crop tops with super short tight fitted sleeves. Then when I reach out to them, I can return the shirts to 2 different locations and get store credit- FOR MORE CRAPPY QUALITY SHIRTS- NO THANKS! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- THEY ARE A SCAM!

I received it quite fast. Beautiful color but the sizing is odd. Very long arms and tighter at the bottom if my sweatshirt. I do love the message!
