Best meal prep i’ve tasted, the macros combined with the flavour is hard to execute but Dear Vita do it so well. My favourite would be the peri chicken with potato wedges 👌🏽

I’ve been dealing with some health issues recently which have impacted my diet. I reached out to Dear Vita who helped put together some bespoke sample meals. They were filling and tasted great, as well as being healthy. Great communication from the team too. I’ll definitely be ordering more often!

I run the Round4round boxing team from the renowned ‘Amir Khan’ academy and was fortunate enough to attend an event with plenty of Dear Vita food samples. I attended with a team of 10 boxers, nutritionists and coaches who all loved the taste, variety & nutritional alignment to sports people. We have decided to recommend the brand & food to all our elite fighters.
