Awful company!!

Awful company!!!

I can understand why they went under ! I've ordered a dress £55 went to return and the QR Codes don't work and they sent me another still doesn't work. I've sent numerous emails for them to send me a label and I'll print it myself but they haven't got back to me.... I'm going through cancer and this is stressful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Atrocious company to contact don’t open a account

They would not get one star if I could have written a review without it. They are the most atrocious company I have ever dealt with. You can not contact them any other way but typing to a stupid computer. Who go round and round in circles eventually you get a message from a human full of apologies. That human you don’t actually get to talk to it’s a message only. I spent 5 days trying to contact someone because I needed a return label. The link was broken. I wrote and wrote and wrote until I got a message saying when you follow the link. Uses small letters to on your email account and try it again Noe that message was left by a human I was using small letters. Another almost full day until eventually you need to speak to a human next message was try tomorrow. In the end I had to turn to the company who supplied the good who I must say phoned me the following morning told me how to get a return labels. Yet not one single person as had the common decency to bother being in touch. Both jackets are now back with the supplier. I am awaiting a refund. Which as someone else as stated takes week’s upon weeks. I know one thing once I get my refund I will be cancelling my account one lot they have to pay back my PayPal so if need be I will get them to chase it up. Seriously they will be loosing customers hand over fist the rate they are going… MY ADVISE TO ANYONR WANTING TO OPEN A A DEBANHAMS ACCOUNT IS DO NOT DO IT I PERSONLY CAN NOT COPE WITH THE STESS OF THEM. Atrocious is a understatement believe you me

Refunds/slow service

I ordered goods in November 25. And after that 3 more orders I payed for. I did not receive many of the goods from these orders. Have continually asked for a refund for all items not received. Approx £200. 3 months on and only one item refunded so far . Disgusting service I have now felt it necessary to inform them of my disability brain damage. Makes me v mad.

Again fell for the rubbish did not…

Again fell for the rubbish did not think lighting could strike twice, Ordered a 2.6m long tv stand Gloss white, I got a 1.2m. Matt white knocked tv stand, I will never use this company again I have told PayPal I want a full refund, Do not use these people they are a front for a subdrie company who clearly scammers.

Taken my money and not delivered my order

Please do not use this company.
I ordered for a 2 day delivery, it didn't arrive. Contacted the so called customer service team to be fobbed off and told me order is in progress and I have to wait until 7 November to contact them again. It was a 2 day delivery! They won't let me cancel, won't respond to my request for a refund, and have said the parcel could be lost. They can't send me any tracking information as they don't have it. Unbelievable. They have taken my money and not delivered my purchases. I can't even put a complaint in as I've asked and they haven't given me an address to contact. How can they operate like this?

Terrible Experience!!

Terrible Experience!!
I contacted them after the suggested 14 day return period, then they proceed to say another 5 days!! They have no contact number, only messaging services/email.
I have been in contact with the what’s app chat and direct messenger to no avail. Every response seems to be automated and just states ‘a refund will be with you shortly, thank you for your patience’.

I will never place another order with Debenhams online, nor will I recommend my family/friends.

Shocking customer service!!

Refunds take to long

I have been waiting for a refund for over 14 days on 7 items, I have received email confirmation to say items was received and a refund will be processed shortly.
I have been in contact with the what’s app chat and been put through to a customer advisor which take over 24 hours to get a reply which is a waste of time because they just say it’ll be with me shortly and give no time frame.
I have had one email to say my refund will be with me by the 21st of July well tomorrow is the 21st of July and I still haven’t had a refund!
Once this is sorted I will never place an order with Debenhams again!

Worst Company I have ever dealt with for Refunds

They are the worst company I have ever dealt with when it comes to them refunding money for returned or faulty purchases. Not in the least surprised that they do not have a contact telephone number for Customer Services!!

Debenhams ,Terrible company regarding customer…

Terrible company regarding customer service contact and help.
I returned an item for refund. Their policy states up to14 days and then a refund is given.
It’s been 14 days and I’ve not been refunded or received email to tell me they received the item back. Yodel tracking confirm it was received back 28 March 25. No contact number so can’t speak to a human. Had to send messages via messenger.. Had to keep repeating myself and my order number etc on several occasions. Then they would not bother to reply hours later I got a reply saying I would be refunded but have to wait another two weeks for my refund!!! That is now 4 weeks to wait for a refund… now yet again they won’t reply to me because I asked why should I wait that long… obviously call centre based abroad… terrible terrible service. I will NOT be using Debenhams again.
Debenhams please review how you treat your customers because you’ve lost one here Also tell your staff 4 weeks to wait for a refund stinks.

Do not buy anything from Debenhams with…

Do not buy anything from Debenhams with delivery.....

I’ve just ordered some fragrances from this business with delivery at a charged rate of about £3. They will then email you saying that it will be delivered within 10day. No day, no time, no info....

They then said they tried my address (no sign off them,’no phone call, no delivery to the delivery room and not even a note).
I then received a text saying I must pay extra for another delivery !

Contacted Debenhams who wont refund or take back until I receive the item which means paying the fee !!!!!

Of course there’s no way to phone them either. Poor poor service

Going down hill fast....

I purchase some things from this company.
In my local store I didn't notice until I arrived home the very expensive raw silk shoes with buckles on had been rubbing against each other and got damaged the lovely raw silk was ruined. They were not in a box just in a debanhams plastic bag.
Its a shame debanhams don't do better training with their staff on how to pack the very expensive items they sell.
