My sister had a terrible time here since she had felt sick from travelling for an hour plus so obviously she felt sick and all she wanted was to step outside with a cup of tea for a couple minutes before coming back inside instead they refused on numerous occasions even when me and my mother called them and debs ireland they kept saying no until we suggested us calling the guards and writing in the newspaper so instead a lovely woman called Christine gave her a cup of tea and sat with her (still not outside) and the only area for fresh air😑 was on a balcony area that was for smokers!! How about for people that want FRESH AIR!!! And for people that don't smoke plus this Deb's trip was from 7 until 6 the next morning. Sooo me and my mum had to hop in the car and drive 1 hr and 15 minutes to tullamore and then finally we could get my sister out finally the reason she couldn't do this before was cause if you left you aren't aloud back in she still had a good night taking pictures with her friends but not to the help of Deb's Ireland or bridge hotel tullamore❤️❤️ so if you are claustrophobic or sometimes feels sick ( like everyone does) I would not recommend this.

They decided that as the night progressed they’d increase the price of their drinks. Scam artists. Ended up charging me 10

My son attended his pre debs in the lakeshore hotel in Cavan. He lost his phone in the niteclub. I spoke with the staff the next day and an absolute gem of a lady by the name of Ann said we could go in and look around the empty niteclub....there in an envelope behind one of the bars was the phone. A barman named Dylan put it in the envelope safely behind the bar. The manager then rang me when I got home to see if we got it. All I can say is thank you so much...nothing short of professionalism and genuine kindness. By the way the hotel location is stunning!
