Made to feel at ease straight away especially as it was quite difficult asking for help. The advisor was amazing and so helpful.

Both of the people I spoke to here were so understanding and compassionate with my problems. Becky has guided me on the right track and have saved me a lot of heartache with their service, after being on the phone for over an hour to get talking about solutions she has lifted a massive weight of my shoulders and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Dan was very good he gave me advise and stayed patient with me when I got a little emotional. He was very understanding and made me feel much better about myself Thank you Dan

Natalie was amazing she really understood and made me feel better great service and removed the very dark cloud I had over me

From the word go I was relaxed and able to open up about my debt levels. Within 20 minutes of speaking to them there was a Plan in place for myself and I now feel a massive pressure has been taken off my shoulders and I can look forward to enjoying my life again.

I really could see an end to my spiralling debt and I just thought enough is enough so I gave the debt advisory centre a call and well all I can say is thank you so much the weight has been lifted from my shoulders I feel I can breath again with one manageable payment instead of 8+ I highly recommend anybody who is loosing sleep over money worries to give them a call.

There customer service was great they listened to what I had to say and did not judge my situation. They spent a lot of time on phone with me and if I did not understand something then they would explain to me again.

Brilliant and friendly staff, helped alot. Big wieght lifted off my shoulders now. Thanks
