My experience with Citizens advice Bromley has been excellent from day one. Everyone I have dealt with have been polite, courteous, knowledgeable, non-judgemental, supportive and very helpful. Especially Yvonne. From face to face meeting to responding to emails quickly. I can't think of anything that can make their service any better. I am totally satisfied with all they have done for me.
I saw Yvonne as I had been fighting an unwarranted parking fine. Months of headache and threats from the private parking company.
Yvonne dealt with my situation quickly, professionally and with such kindness. She sorted the problem out straight away.
No more headaches from the nasty parking thugs.
