My experience today with Dorina, good customer service and support
My experience today with Dorina, today was great, I really appreciated the help of preparing all my files to prepare me for my DRO, we spend 2 hours by responding and going through all questionnaire and files.
The appointment was so appreciated and by doing with Dorina, she listened to all my queries, and that realised a lot of stress on my shoulder.
Dorina very compassioned and great listening. Really appreciated the service.

If you look for advice, look no further
Not only this guys came back to me within a day or so since I applied, but also managed to get me a face to face appointment in no time. Meeting with Naima was nothing but great, she was very understanding, friendly and 100% professional. In fact the entire experience of visiting Toynbee office was a pleasure, its a nice, clean, modern place full of smiley and helpful people.
