Getting there in the end
it was challenging time for me as I'm profoundly deaf, contacting IVA companies was very hard, I'm one of those people who having trouble using the phones to speak to a agent, unfortunately it was challenging they won't let me contact them thought third party due to data protection, however the company I was with is now in administration then debt management took over and they were understanding and happy to email me, which was best form of communation I've been with them for 4 years now and I got 11 months left on IVA, hopefully I can move on my next chapter of my life. Debt Management have been excellent and always try to help me with communation via email. once my debt clears in December 2024 then I can move on my life :)

Life without debt
I started with debt movement when they were Jarvis and wi was sad when they changed to aperature, then once again changed to debt movement. I was just happy that my debt was being managed and that now fingers crossed it’s at an end. Thank you to all involved.

I feel free!!
I'm really happy with my experience with Debt movement. They helped me become debt free in the most dire of times. A weight has been lifted off my mind and shoulders and now I can look towards a brighter future. One thing Debt Movement could work on is the turn around for replying to emails and having a customer service phone number that can actually help instead of just relaying messages.
