Review on debt movement
This company seemed OK until they outsourced their inbound telephone lines.
I have never been able to dial them direct, it goes via a call centre.
This was my daughter's IVA which I was paying & the amount of commission they take is too high. This company took over a previous company & the service went down hill when they took over. Working in finance myself, I know the initial IVA company should have referred my daughter to step change, a debt charity, to set the IVA up but they didn't. Step change take no commission so more/all if the payments go to the creditors.
Having said that I am just glad the IVA is fully paid and my daughter can start to rebuild her finances, having been coerced into taking the credit by her partner. My daughter wasn't working at the time the payday loans were taken out, but it seems the payday loan companies don't care about checking their customers actually have an income.

Extremely happy, Now all my debts are gone, I couldn’t be more happy having money to myself and have freedom to do the things I couldn’t do before. It took me nearly 2yrs to talk to someone with a brain to understand I had completed my I.V.A, they kept saying I owed money when I didn't However the lady I spoke to last was most helpful, she took time to work through my account and find other people's mistakes! Its Been very stressful experience
