Over paid my Iva by 6 months! 6 months of stress n hassle from them. Constant hassles sorting things with them.

This can result in other creditors being paid in full, depending on your affordability. When this occurs, we'll always look to arrange a refund back to you. I have been in touch my email for weeks now, still not had contact back. I received email when stated correct email I could contact them on but still no response due to an illness & mentally health issue I need to get contact. Each time I call I am promised call back but still nothing.

Susan my Case Manager. I honestly can’t thank Susan enough for everything she has done, she has been amazing. Instead of just treating my case as a spreadsheet and calculating the numbers, Susan looked at my situation and how it was affecting my family personally and managed to get my creditors to agree to resolving my case. My wife recieved an email saying we…
My wife recieved an email saying we were in arrears which was worrying, whenever we miss a payment we have always called and made arrangements, my wife tried to call somebody but it sent us straight to a call centre and we havent heard anythint since, its been 3 days and now we dont know what to do. We dont seem to be getting a response via emails either. Up until now they have always been good and understanding.
