Getting in touch with Jacob to discuss my finances was the best decision I could have made. He went through everything with me in a very helpful and totally non-judgmental way before referring me to a free service that contacted my creditors on my behalf resulting in my monthly debt repayments reducing from over £900 per month to £80 per month.
