I came to BDO feeling like I had no way to get out of my credit card debt and car payments from my foolish youth. Banks wouldn't help me, I didn't want to get a high interest loan. I met with Alberto and he was fantastic and amazing, he explained how the process works very clearly and showed me all of my options. He dealt with all of my creditors, and with my car people. I'm now making manageable monthly payments, I don't have to deal with the stress of my debt and creditors, and I've also had money management training with them! BDO has seriously changed my life, I owe Alberto so much, because I finally feel like I'm getting my life back and moving forward.

We have found BDO in both BC and Alberta to be unorganized and behind the times. Making a payment is archaic (no ability to e-transfer or send money). Calculation errors are made on crucial amounts and correspondence on the system and within offices is lacking. Unfortunately we have no choice but to continue with BDO due to our bankruptcy until it is finalized. Our contact in Kamloops BC has been nice and responds quickly but there is a lot of issues with how BDO conducts business. Our trust in BDO is slim.

One of the best decisions I ever made was to go theough you guys! I’m back on track to financial freedom because of you!
