Apparently you cannot post a no-star…

Apparently you cannot post a no-star review. These people will not tell us how much surplus income they charged or how they calculated it. They will not be accountable to the mess that they made in our lives. They refuse to explain why the amounts they determined cannot be reconciled with a calculator or why they did not do the things that they said they would do. Multiple errors and problems. Zero transparency or disclosure. Be warned. Go elsewhere. Happy to share the details involved with anyone who wants their references.
