Used their services finshed a consumer propsal early and needed the credit bueaur updated to apply for a mortage. They were very understanding and they did the dischage for for me very quick. Had a issue is one creditor contacting me krista delt with them right away Thank you BDO

First i was impressed that someone that high up in company M Statz wanted to deal with my situation directly. Very professional,gave direction with reassurance and tact , I choose BDO at first because of their commercials . It’s important that a company like that not only builds wealth for companies and individuals, but helps people that are not in a position to do that because of their situation, i was a victim of identity theft from a family member and i will be sending a direct thank you letter and update to M Statz. All the other personal involved were also reassuring , helpful and obviously very detailed in there work and communications

I have nothing but great things to say about the BDO team in Saskatoon. We had been dealing with so much financial difficulty the last few years and I just could not get ahead. I don't know how many times we were disconnected from power, heat and gas, and internet (we even went without power for a whole summer a couple years ago), it was that bad. We were falling so much in debt, I felt we would never get out of it. My boyfriend and I finally got in touch with BDO and in the end, bankruptcy was the way to go.

Throughout the bankruptcy process, we never had any issues and the BDO team were just awesome. Any concerns or questions we had, they were always there to help us. They were very friendly and that is always a plus with me as it made me feel comfortable in approaching them with any concern I had and to get through the bankruptcy. They were very helpful in providing financial tips down the road, which I plan on using, and helped us feel better about our future (which the future does look brighter for us by the way).

All in all, I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking financial help. Thank you again, BDO team, for helping us survive and get out of debt!

Con Artists, took thousands of dollars from me between their online gimick and in office then they don't take the payments for 3 months, even confirmed banking info and went for all my meetings and they still annulled me after the thousands of dollars I paid them. I want my money back that would have paid my debts in full.

Initially I was pretty stressed about my situation and the people at BDO helped me through the process in such a positive way.They gave me clear and concise information that put my mind to rest and what to expect going forward.I would recommend their services to anyone who has a debt problem

A very good company to work with. It's not a easy experience to be going through to begin with, but the staff at BDO does not point fingers or make you feel any worse about your situation than you already do. They help you step by step all the way and see very understanding.

The only disheartening thing for me was when I had my initial consult with the now head of the airport Drive location Wayne, I was told I did not need receipts and found out several months later that that was not the case

I had an overall good experience working with BDO. The were informative, prompt and friendly. When I began my process with them they were in the process of moving offices though and I experienced a few organizational discrepancies on their part. But overall I would say my experience was very good. You gracefully & patiently helped me navigate through a very difficult time in my life. When I first started with this company, they walked me thru everything , and explained how everything was done. You do have someone that you are assigned to if you need any questions answered.

This has not gone smoothly. although I am on time with what I need to do such as signing documents, submitting what I need to, responding as necessary, my BDO person is a month or 2 behind with what she needs to do. This has led to additional interest charges going on to my bills and many phone calls from creditors in the initial months because although I thought my bankruptcy was filed and creditors notified, they were not. When I tried calling BDO, my calls were not returned. Now I am waiting for my 2nd counselling session which was supposed to be in October. I had emailed her as directed to schedule it in October but no response until recently where she asked to schedule it in January as the deadline is coming up. Now I am receiving this survey about a matter that is supposed to be confidential!

Interaction with any person in your organization was professional, supportive and very helpful. Special note to Debbie for her direct and compassionate approach.
