Bdo was very professional and non judgemental in helping me file a consumer proposal. I was extremely embarrassed about having to do this, but shuyen bradshaw made me feel very welcomed, and also took a huge weight off my shoulders. It relieved alot stress. 5 star rating no question about it. Thx so much!!
The people were friendly and very helpful. Things were explained to you very clearly, and you did not feel rushed. The reception when you walk in is excellent and there is no long wait time, This is something that could have been a very stressful experience, but due to the helpfulness and professional attitude of the trustee and staff was not.

At first when I decide to go with to go with BDO to handle my financial issues I was apprehensive and nervous because it's not very forthcoming when you have a lot of deaths and thinks it's not the easiest position to be in psychologically and I was apprehensive however I will have to say that that the mood could change by the office staff was very accommodating very friendly and if I'm being the agent mr. I went in to Bdo in hopes of getting my credit cards to a reasonable payment. Doug went above and beyond to help me resolve my debts. I could not get ahead and was not sure what could be done. He has been wonderful with the whole process. He responded quickly with any questions I had and has made the process go very smoothly. I would definitely recommend anyone to BDO, they will do their absolute best to help
