I’ve had a fantastic experience with the Décaar Algae treatments, starting with my visit to Brighton for completion of my training and continuing through the exceptional follow-up care I’ve received since.

The treatment itself was both unique and highly effective, and I was really impressed by the level of expertise and professionalism throughout. A special mention goes to Jack, who has been incredibly supportive and attentive during the aftercare process always available to answer questions and provide guidance when needed.

Since introducing the products and protocols into my clinic, I’ve seen excellent results, particularly for patients dealing with acne and inflammatory skin conditions. The effectiveness and consistency have made a noticeable difference, and it’s been a great addition to my treatment offerings.

I’m thoroughly enjoying working with the Décaar Algae range and feel confident in both the products and the team behind them. I’m really looking forward to continuing this relationship and am very grateful for all the support I’ve received so far.

Their training is amazing and the support after opening your account is great. Jack is my point of contact at Decaar and has been beyond helpful when l've needed help with orders etc. I can't praise him enough! Orders arrive usually the next day after shipping. The algae peel has been an amazing addition to my business.

Ive been using decaar in my clinic for almost 2 years and its the best investment i ever made. Theres never been an issue with deliveries, customer service is fantastic, they go above and beyond to help, and most of all the products deliver incredible results!

The products & treatments:
They just work, the healing I have seen in my clients has been astounding. I’ve seen improvements to clients skin that sometimes I haven’t even expected. The treatments if used correctly, not only work but the sensations they give to the skin means the clients really feels that something is happening. And the scents are divine, the smell of the milk/cream cleanser is incredible and all clients comment on it.

The people:
Jack is an absolute star, who clearly prides himself on good customer experience. He’s gone above and beyond for me, and others, on many occasions. Super polite and professional.
Georgina, one of the trainers, is like an encyclopaedia of skin. Possibly the most knowledgeable facialist on the science of skin that I’ve come across - also super friendly and approachable.

Decaar gives luxe vibes, the products are hugely effective and the team are wonderful.

I attended the Decaar Algae Peel training in Liverpool on Monday, and it was absolutely outstanding. The session was incredibly informative, and Anita was exceptional—so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire training. I left feeling confident and fully prepared to offer this treatment in my beauty salon.

The Decaar team as a whole has also been fantastic. Everyone in the office responds quickly to any queries or requests, making the entire experience smooth and positive from start to finish.

Absolutely unbelievable experience with the brand Decaar, can’t recommend it enough the best brand I’ve brought into my clinic - I’ve already made my money back and I only trained in it 3 weeks ago !! Georgina the trainer was unreal , made me feel confident going live with the treatments , she’s always there 247 when I need help via what’s app. Jack also is always on hand to help with any queries . My journey with DÉCAAR started in September 2023, when our clinic became a stocklist for the DÉCAAR products, prior to this my business partner had a Cryosthetics training.

I personally used the DÉCAAR products, loved it and decided we would like to be their stocklist.

Since 2023, I had non stop communication with Jack who has been absolutely fantastic, he always commicated if anything in the products where changing from prices, packaging to ingredients.

He is so knowledgeable, enthusiastic & passionate about the treatment & products.

I have always received an immerse support from Jack and the team, to a point where Jack visited our clinic en route to his holiday and gifted us the DÉCAAR experience kit, making our clinic the first in the UK to receive it.
Since then I have done the algae peel training and this has become a popular treatment for me.

I trained with DECAAR in Liverpool, the communication was amazing right from the first point of contact , down to the training day itself. I was very well informed and taken care of by Andy, who was happy to answer lots of my questions before my training had even started, and Jack who also provided me with lots of information. Nothing was too much to ask. On the day I was greeted by Anita- a warm, friendly, beautiful soul who really knows her stuff- an absolute pleasure to be trained by. Again, no question was too much to ask and her industry knowledge is amazing. Even now, Anita is still checking in on our group training and providing us with aftercare iv never experienced as well with any other course iv been on. I cannot tell you how much I love Décaar! Jack and the team are absolutely incredible - the customer service is second to none. No query is ever too much, responses are so quick and they’re the friendliest bunch.

Absolutely amazing brand and customer service. Jack and the team literally can’t do enough for you. We launched only in May 2025 and our revenue has pretty much doubled thanks to Decaar. The clients are loving the bundle and the results and the skincare. If you’re on the fence, just do it.. worth every single investment and the results speak volumes.
