I had a very good experience with Decanted.uk. The product itself is excellent — it smells authentic, performs really well, and is the real thing. I’m very pleased overall.
The presentation, however, is kept quite simple. Personally, I believe an atomizer in a nice glass bottle would add a lot of value. For example, when I’m out at parties, events, or just socializing with friends, I often carry my Creed atomizer. Whenever I use it, people notice instantly — they see it, they smell it, and everyone wants to try it. It creates interest and even makes others want to buy it themselves. Having a beautiful presentation gives credibility, whereas a plain small spray might not have the same impact and could even give the wrong impression.
That said, the fragrance quality here is spot on, and that is what matters most. I would definitely buy again and happily recommend them.

Surprisingly, we still get the odd customer who will contact us and reckon that fragrances they received from us are not genuine, which is particularly disappointing to me personally, as I started Decanted with authenticity and honesty at the heart of everything we do, but I need to accept that it comes with the territory, unfortunately.
On the presentation side, we totally see where you’re coming from. With decants, we have to keep things minimal for legal reasons, and it also helps keep the cost per sample down so it’s more affordable for everyone. We do however opt to use glass for our atomisers to give that little bit more premium feel, whereas most of our competitors use plastic.
That said, we are looking into launching our own branded refillable atomisers (like your Creed one) that customers can buy separately, so you’ll hopefully have that option in the near future.
