With all due respect, you have us confused with another company. This happens more than we ever would have thought when starting this business. Customers often purchase from multiple decant companies and when a problem occurs we get emails out of nowhere making demands when we are not even the company they purchased from. Such as refunds, damage, etc. Like, what?
For all those reading, we have never refused a replacement. When a broken or defective product is received by a customer, we ship a replacement the very next day. In addition to the replacement, we also include a free sample (for your trouble) plus ship the replacement 2nd day air so you do not have to wait.
We challenge this customer to contact us and prove their claim. If we were so nasty and unhelpful as this customer claims, how do we have such a high review rating? So we ask the customer, please check your emails. We have no communication regarding your issue. If you are reading this, please confirm your information and update your review.

An all around excellent experience.
Came in a timely manner, and during the December holiday season no less. I was able to find a majority of the John Varvatos fragrances that I was looking for all in one place and for a reasonable price. Cheaper than from scentbird, with many more choices on sample size as well. I really appreciate that they all come in sprays because a scent isn’t fully expressed without being sprayed on. 10/10 recommendation for others to check out. Decant house will always be my first choice.

Looks different and smaller
The bottle was smaller and looked different than I expected. I thought the bottle would look like the actual brand bottle somewhat but now my 12 year old will know I didn’t get him the actual fragrance. I did research size measurements and knew this was a smaller size but again, I thought it would be a little bigger than it actually is. Plus side is that the price was good and shipping was faster than I expected

We appreciate the time taken to post a review about our company and services.
This is an obvious misunderstanding of our services. All decant / sample websites do not sell samples where the bottle looks like the actual bottle. This would be considered blatant copyright infringement and a lawsuit from the brand would be swift. Your negative review is for a situation that does not exist. On every product page, there is a tab called "Our Bottles". This is where you can see the bottles we use and also the approximate fill levels.
We are sorry you had different expectations but at least you know now how decanters operate. Hope this helps.

The item arrived leaking
The item arrived leaking, my best guess is a loose seal. Unfortunately the smell was overwhelming and nothing like the original.

Great experience with decant house
I like purchasing fragrance samples instead of blind buying them and getting stuck with a bottle that I might not like. This is a great way to try a bunch of different fragrances and experience all of the middle and base notes that you miss out on when spraying multiple samples at the store.
