Order received, no problems

Order received, no problems.
Ordered some items for my son before checking reviews and was expecting the worst. However I'm pleased to say that the order arrived within a couple of weeks and the clothes are great, my son loves them! They were shipped from China, hence the 7-9 day delivery timeframe. Just need to factor that it when ordering.

Like everyone else I wish I had read…

Like everyone else I wish I had read these reviews first. The clothes were not even shipped for three weeks. When I chased them they offered me a refund. No refund arrived. Eventually the clothes did arrive and they were falling apart - poor quality doesn't even begin to describe them. I contacted the customer support who denied ever offering a refund (even though it is in an email) and insisting I send the shoddy rags back to China at my own expense. I won't be wasting any more of my money dealing with this scam of a company. Read the reviews and avoid!

I've ordered from them 2 times and the quality is amazing. I got a hoodie and jeans and my boyfriend got a fleece and jeans, the style is really cool, quality good, shipping fast, absolutely love it, can't wait for new items to come in stock!

NOT TRUSTABLE

They have been playing around with me on email for 5 weeks trying to find a parcel that they didn’t deliver to me. It’s like playing a cat and mouse chase trying to find out where my parcel has gone. And they are making it impossible for any type of refund

Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this company. Pretend to be a U.K. company then ship from China. Not especially cheap either. Sizes completely wrong so returned at significant expense. Still no refund and emails ignored. Don’t be fooled by the fake positive reviews, easily paid for!

Awful service

Awful service ! When ordering the company is making out that it is UK stock and a UK based company !! Needed items within 1 week and now told that there maybe a small delay “ 25 days !!!! “ we live and learn and i should have checked the company out on trip adviser first !!

Do not shop here

They are using a UK name to lead people into buying through them for then products to
a) take a long time to arrive (20+ days)
b) for the product to be the wrong size and
c) to then inform you that you need to return the item back to China to get a refund which will cost well over £10.

Pleasantly surprised!

I ordered from this company and then read the reviews on trustpilot and immediately regretted it. My order however came today and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. The quality is very good and it’s exactly as pictured on their website. I did panic slightly when I read the reviews on here and messaged the company on instagram a couple of times, the replies weren’t great but they did respond. My parcel took 2 and a half weeks to arrive. All in all - very pleasantly surprised with what I received!

Decarba is a scam

The jumper is HORRIFIC it’s smells like plastic (burnt plastic) it is a print and I ordered the vampire teeth one and it isn’t even what it looks like and for £42 it is such a scam never buying from there again

Never received my order

Never received my order, was charged £50. Since found exact same fleece on temu for £28!

They emailed me saying there was a problem with my delivery address- I checked and I had given the correct address. These are scammers who buy cheap and sell for 2/3x price... but don't ship orders. AVOID

Consistent experience with everybody below. Order took a long time to arrive and unfortunately the trousers were too short. Returns have to be sent to china which cost £17 for a £36 pair of trousers. I would avoid at all costs.

They market themselves as a Swiss based…

They market themselves as a Swiss based company (swiss website and email address) but in reality the jumper is coming from a large warehouse in China. I bought to Hoodies which were too small the sizing is not like European sizes and when I tried to send back found it would now cost me 27chf to send to China. Extremely diappointed, which I researched more before buying.

Ordered from this company over a month…

Ordered from this company over a month ago and my item still hasn’t even shipped.
Even after multiple emails asking for updates you’d only get emails back saying that they will look into it to try and speed up the process.
Eventually received an email that it will take another 12-15 days and if i was willing to wait.
Seeing that i had already waited so long, i did wait and nothing happend.
I’ve now requested a cancelation and refund. Looking forward to see if they can manage that, if not i will have to try and dispute it with my bank.

Unfortunately by the time you are…

Unfortunately by the time you are reading this it’s probably too late and you have already ordered. As other reviews have stated it’s just a front for a drop shipping company. I tried to cancel my order after a week as it hadn’t been dispatched yet. They told me it had already started processing and it would take another week and a bit to deliver. I wanted a refund but the price to send the package back to china cost as much as the item.
Personally the company need to be more transparent about shipping. They know what they are doing, you shouldn’t have to navigate to their policy page to find out how long an item would take it should be clear as day when you are about to buy the item.

A scam company that is a front for a China based drop shipping business. No item received and they’re refusing to refund me.

Have reporting to Trading Standards and Action Fraud. Would recommend doing the same if you’ve had a similar experience.
