Chinese manufacturer parading as Dutch. Returns practically impossible. Poor quality random sizing.

Misleading website. Beware site states UK but goods from China. Making returns near impossible loosing nearly half cost of goods paying for postage. Bought trousers that did not fit, cost 62.50 and 29:50 to return. Unhelpful customer service. Goods also not to standard would expect for cost.

i was so disappointed
i brought a jacket in a size small it was in stock then i got an email saying i will be notified when its on the way.
The next email says sorry but your purchase is out of stock, so i said i will wait until its back in stock then i get an email saying they cant get anymore size small so do i want a refund or something else, i explained to them no my daughter wants the small and when i brought it it was in stock but they kept coming back with the same answer so i had to get it in a size medium which i wasn’t happy about
so because of my experience i will never buy if here again and i will be telling others about my experience as well

Dropshippers charging £65 for a £9 jacket. Original items can be bought from places like Temu or AliExpress.

My product arrived in 10 days. The item was as described. My son loves it. Thank you very much.

ordered a hoodie in size S but ended up fitting like an L. I then tried to return but they said i had to pay for shipping which costs £25, which is half the price of the hoodie. do not recommend

Drop Shipping Company, just order from aliexpress and youll get the same thing for €20

I should check the reviews before I purchase!! Website all look very good quality.. first, It take a long time to arrive, second, what a awful package ! Look like you bought from temu ,for the price you pay is not worth it, I learned my lesson.

I would urge everyone not to use this company. It is a scam. Their website says they ship from Europe. That is a lie, they ship from China. Items take a long time to come. Quality is poor and sizing really small. I found the same item on other sites for 25% of the price I paid. I bought 2 sizes. Website says returns within 14 days but yet you cannot return without them sending you a label. They won't send the label without photos of the packaging and items and they say they will not refund unless the items are faulty. So far they are ignoring my request for a returns label. If I get it, I will then face paying return to China and completing customs forms.

Scam company, avoid, sizes are out and cheap nasty clothing. States you return to china at your cost! Do not use this company

Scam company. AI responses from their info email, no way to get in contact with anyone else, no refund and no return. Do not purchase anything from this store. They delete their negative comments on insta posts also & have fake reviews on their website. Pure scam.

Do not buy from this company. They don’t abide by their returns policy. Despite me returning the item at my own expense to china they are refusing to issue a refund and have been messing me about for months. They are an expensive version of shein/temu but with shocking customer service. Absolute scam. You have been warned.

Spent 2 weeks waiting for my order still haven’t received my jumper and to make things worst they are selling the same jumper on Temu and shien for £20. Do not use this fraudulent company!

Found out they use toubou for sourcing their products

Obviously a dropshipping site. I placed my order and there was no updates for 11 days. On their website it says delivery within 7-10 days. I emailed customer service and asked for any updates and received an AI response back. At that point i thought i’d been scammed but my parcel actually showed up about three weeks after i placed the order. The jacket i ordered had no Decarba branding and was obviously from a fast fashion wholesaler or something like that. I also ordered a jumper which was cosy and well fitting, but a strange material. To be honest the things i ordered did feel good quality, but save your money and buy them cheaper elsewhere from a store that doesn’t source from somewhere like temu.

Ordered a fleece on the 11th of October, had a confirmation message that my order was made and a the next day got an email saying that it was shipped, but on the 28th of October (2-3 weeks later), they said they’ve cancelled my order as the item is ‘out of stock’. I don’t understand how they could’ve shipped an item that wasn’t in stock and waited over 2 weeks to tell me.
On top of this, I was offered an exchange for another item, however when I asked if I could have a refund for the item I never received, they said I would not be able to receive a refund and I’d have to select another item of similar value from their site. So I’m going to have to wait 3 weeks again for another item I did not want in the first place. I’m sure this company is great, but this is really disappointing, just want my money back at this point.

If you like waiting 5 weeks for a product and not being able to return it, this shop is for you! Product ok, but we don't like it; ugly and expensive. Too bad, we are stuck with it because they don't allow returns!

Read about the dropshipping issue and i found the jacket i ordered on temu. I told them i wanted a refund because i don’t want a jacket from temu and they refunded me right away with the total amount.

Ordered ethnic printed fleece zipper jacket. Received hoodie. Not fleece. Cheap material. Emailed Decarba and wanted refund. Was offered 10% refund or return at my cost (to China). Got PayPal involved and received full refund. Will not buy from them again!
