Ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still not received. Tracking has said it has gone from China to Sydney to the Philippines!!! And now back to Sydney!
What’s going on???

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Terrible service. They do not honour their exchange and refund policy. We bought a hoodie which ended up being too small, we followed their return policy and they did not honour it, as they said their warehouse could not accept it due to a customs/duty issue, (which we cannot control as a customer) and they only offered a 20% discount on purchasing a new item, so we are out of pocket $150 with no hoodie. Also head office and warehouse in China, beware as you don't have consumer law to protect you. I also checked Temu and Shein and they are selling exact same product without Decarba logo for less than half the price on Decarba.

I ordered £70 worth of clothes and since I ordered them 12 days ago they have given me zero updates or any progress on the shop app which is normally fantastic I would not recommend buying from them as I doubt you will get what you ordered

Sweatshirt feels solid, stitching’s neat, but the cuffs are a bit loose after a couple wears.

The crewneck’s thick and feels solid but nothing mind blowing

Try returning something. After 14 days they don't take returns. Very difficult to deal with this company. Last time I'll ever buy from them.

I ordered a shirt and a pair of sport joggers and it took around 3 weeks to arrive and the quality of the pants are just horrible, stitching falling apart when arrived and is just made of the stretchy material. False advertisement.

Before you pay ,they write delivery in 2 days ,but NOTHING LIKE THIS!! In 2 days they just start sending from China 🇨🇳 to Europe ,FIRST AND LAST TIME

In my country it is hard to find good street style that feels different but decarba’s graphic tee and joggers I bought are exactly what I wanted

Grabbed a graphic tee and joggers, both feel decent, fit nice, but the tee colour looked brighter online than it does in person

Quality is top tear and so is the customer service

I buy cargo pants and tee. Fit is very nice, not tight. Look is cool for going out with friends. My friends ask me where I get it.

I literally live in my Decarba oversized hoodie now. The quality’s unreal, thick, cozy, and the fit’s that perfect slouchy vibe I love. 100% recommend!

Needed new sweatshirts for uni and Decarba’s crewnecks are my go to now.

Made a mistake with my order and Riezel helped to change it to the correct item.

I bought two oversized tees and a hoodie and honestly they fit way better than I thought. The cotton feels proper thick too, not like cheap stuff you find everywhere. Got some compliments at college already. Will def order more for the fall drop.

Fraudulent dropshipping company. Everything they sell can be found on TEMU for a fraction of the price.

Customer service was great. Cyndi helped me out with a return/exchange and made the whole process super easy. Will definitely be ordering from Decarba again!

They kept on telling lies abt the order and didn’t even gave me the parcel. Overall it’s a scam never buy from there and always check if the website is trusted when buying online look for reviews not only in the website but in other apps as well for example trust pilot like a using rn or in social media apps like TikTok and YouTube

Any positive reviews MUST be fake, you have to be joking!! Poor quality clothing, took weeks to arrive and what arrived it like a cheap copy of what was pictured on the website. It claims the fabric is cotton and polyester, what i received is more like a lycra type fabric - the cheap stretchy plasticky stuff that cheap copies are usually made of. Such a scam! Have asked for a refund!
